Grade 2 students demonstrated the value of persistence through a series of engaging and interactive games that supported 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. As they participated, they learned to stay focused and keep trying, even when challenges arose. By carefully reading and following game instructions, they expanded their vocabulary and picked up new expressions in a meaningful context. The activities also reinforced their understanding of “must” and “mustn’t” as they followed rules and respected boundaries.

¡Hola! The vibrant spirit of Spain came alive at Sparsh Global School as students of Grades VI to X celebrated Spanish Day with enthusiasm, creativity, and cultural flair. From decoding hidden messages in Código Secreto to expressing culture through colours in Spanish Culture Poster Making, and from exploring abstract creativity in the Picasso Art Corner to mapping the Spanish-speaking world, each activity was a journey in itself. Students also stepped into the world of literature through Autores en el Tiempo, presenting inspiring timelines of renowned authors. The celebration beautifully blended learning with creativity, fostering curiosity, collaboration, and a deeper appreciation for the Spanish language and its rich heritage with the 3C Model of the school.

The celebration not only encouraged creativity and collaboration but also strengthened students’ interest in foreign languages and cultures. Spanish Day was truly a joyful and enriching experience, promoting cultural diversity and making language learning an exciting journey.

This Earth Day, our Sparsh*tes from Nursery to Grade 2 showed us that caring for the planet and building character go hand in hand.

The day began with curiosity on a nature walk, where little eyes discovered the flora and fauna living right around us. That wonder turned into creativity as tiny hands shaped clay models of Earth, learning what each color means: blue for the water we protect, green for the land we share, brown for the soil that feeds us, and white for the clouds we all look up to.

Contribution came next, as our eco-warriors planted seeds and rolled seed bombs to spread greenery wherever they could. In Best Out of Waste, they gave old plastic a new purpose, practicing conscientiousness by understanding how recycling and EVs help keep our air clean. Compassion grew as they watched, reflected, and talked about why every part of Earth matters. And through it all, collaboration shone when our primary graders led awareness drives, teaching pre-primary friends about dustbin colors and how small habits create big change.

Through every activity, our Sparsh*tes took small steps that became one big leap toward a healthier planet and stronger character. Because character isn’t just taught in classrooms. It’s practiced when we choose to care.

Each slogan reflected awareness, imagination, and a strong commitment to protecting the environment.

Through this activity, we nurtured Character — the 1st C out of our 3C’s, helping students develop values of responsibility, empathy, and care for the world around them.
