These magnificent creatures have been facing extinction at the hands of deforestation in the name of industry for decades. International Orangutan Day was established to help raise awareness of their plights and aid in protecting them.

World Elephant Day is a global observance dedicated to raising awareness about the critical issues faced by elephants and advocating for their protection and conservation. Seven innocent Cheetah have perished for no fault of their's. After their last spotting in Rewa in the 70s (there is dispute on exact dates, month and year) many experts had opined that Cheeta can not survive in India and no government pushed for their relocation in the state of MP.
