क्या आप जानते हैं?

एक कानून के मुताबिक आपको किसी होटल में जाकर मुफ्त में पानी पीने और निवृत्त होने या हाथ-मुंह धोने का अधिकार है
अगर आपको कहीं भी टॉयलेट की ऐसी जरूरत पड़ जाए तो इधर-उधर जगह ढूंढने से बेहतर है कि आप देखें कि आसपास कोई रेस्टोरेंट या होटल है कि नहीं. ऐसी स्थिति में यही दोनों बेहतर विकल्प है. इनका यूज आप जरूरत पड़ने पर कभी भी फ्री में कर सकते हैं. कानून यह अधिकार देता है कि पेशाब लगने पर किसी भी रेस्टोरेंट या होटल के वॉशरूम का इस्तेमाल आप कर सकते हैं. प्यास लगने की स्थिति में भी यही नियम है और यह आपको अधिकार देता है कि आप किसी भी होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में जाकर फ्री में पीने का पानी ले सकते हैं.
क्या कहता है कानून
इंडियन सीरीज एक्ट, 1887 के मुताबिक प्यास या फिर पेशाब लगने पर देश के किसी भी होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में जाकर आप व़ॉशरूम यूज कर सकते हैं. प्यास लगने पर आप यहां पानी भी मंगवाकर पी सकते हैं. आपको इसके लिए कोई पैसा नहीं देना होगा. यह सुविधा फ्री है.
इनकार करने पर हो सकता है एक्शन
अगर कोई भी होटल या रेस्टोरेंट आपको इन सुविधाओं को देने से रोके तो आप उसके मालिक या कर्मचारी के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं. आपकी शिकायत के आधार पर उक्त होटल और रेस्टोरेंट मालिक के खिलाफ संबंधित विभाग की तरफ से कार्रवाई की जाएगी. यही नहीं, उनका लाइसेंस भी कैंसिल हो सकता है.
