The meeting between MUIT and Microsenze Dynamics Pvt. Limited & Eminds Infosystems Pvt. Limited held on 8th Apr- 2022 in Noida campus to discuss the skill & career enhancement of the MUIT students. had discussed the huge requirement in Suite Products, and MS Cloud technologies.
They discussed how students will get trained as per industry requirements with a real-time practical approach. Experts in real-time projects will mentor the MUIT students during the training. It was a nice discussion to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
Mr. Ashish Pandey with his colleagues Mr. Rajat Gupta, Ms. Isha Sharma, Dr. Nidhi S and Mr. Gunjan Deshmukh from Microsenze Dynamics Pvt Limited & Eminds Infosystems Pvt Limited were attend this meeting.

Maharishi Law School organized a workshop on “Moot Memorial and Mooting Etiquettes” on 1st April, 2022. The workshop was organized by , of Maharishi Law School, Noida at the auditorium of . The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Siddharth Agarwal. Siddharth is a Senior Associate in Law Links Delhi office. He has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, subordinate courts and Tribunals in Delhi. His domain of practice in the firm, apart from civil litigation, also extends to the specific fields of Company Law, Employment Law, Insolvency Law, Public Interest Litigation, Mediation, Property Law and Service Law.
Mr. Siddharth Agarwal elaborately discussed the meaning, role and importance of . He enunciated the importance of fact sheet and emphasized on how to form issues from the facts sheets and present it in the Moot Court. After that he emphasized on how to present the issue in front of the in a Moot Court. He asked the students not to assume anything and asked them to build the entire memorial only from the facts mentioned in the fact sheet. Then he also asked the students to form 5 groups and gave each group a case on which they were asked to form their own issues and argue. This practical learning made students understand the entire procedure of memorial drafting in a better way.
The workshop all in all was more of a dialog exchanged between our esteemed guest, Mr. Siddharth and our students. It was a quality-driven, and activity based workshop rather than just a monologue. The students were intrigued by the intricate details shared by Mr. Siddharth on ways to enhance the drafting skills and form issues which will not only help them in Moot Court, but also in the .
