At Lloyd, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom—it comes alive beyond it!
Our students stepped onto the field for an invigorating Outdoor Sports & Experiential Learning Day, where Cricket, Race, Tug of War and team-based challenges transformed competition into meaningful learning.

The day was not just about physical fitness. It was about teamwork, leadership, coordination, resilience, quick decision-making and the spirit of healthy competition.

The learning then moved from the field to the mind with engaging Business Quiz and Case Study Analysis, giving students the opportunity to apply business concepts, sharpen analytical thinking, make informed decisions and solve problems collaboratively.
From physical energy to intellectual agility, from teamwork to strategic thinking—the day was a powerful reflection of holistic education in action.
Because at Lloyd, we believe that some of the most meaningful lessons are learned not from textbooks, but through experiences, challenges, collaboration and participation.

THINK BIG. ACT BOLD.

That’s the Lloyd way of learning, growing and becoming future-ready.

The final day of an orientation programme is not an ending—it is the moment when a new journey truly begins.

Day 4 of Aarambh 2026, the MBA Orientation Programme at Lloyd Group of Institutions, brought four days of learning, inspiration, connection and celebration to a memorable close.

The day began with powerful leadership conversations that challenged our students to think beyond the conventional MBA narrative:

Mr. Rajat Vij, Founder & CEO, HireForCare — “Your MBA Won’t Build Your Career – You Will”
A powerful reminder that careers are built through ownership, choices and action.

Ms. Sindhu S. Das, Strategic HR Leader — “Leading in the AI Era: Human-First Skills”
A timely conversation on why empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence and human judgment will remain indispensable in an AI-driven world.

Mr. Amit Pandey, CEO, Technico Industries — “The Success–Happiness Equation”
A thoughtful perspective on redefining success and building a life that is both meaningful and fulfilling.

The afternoon moved from inspiration to action with the MBA Blueprint, led by Dr. Vandana Pareek, Academic Head, and Mr. Rajul Gupta, Program Head. The session gave students clarity on their MBA journey, academic expectations, opportunities and the responsibility they now carry for shaping their own growth.

And then came Expressions 2026 – Celebrating Talent & Team Spirit, where our students took centre stage. Dance, singing and poetry transformed the room into a celebration of confidence, creativity and camaraderie. Their performances reflected not just talent, but the spirit of a cohort ready to learn, lead and grow together.

A special appreciation goes to the Aarambh 2026 student volunteers, whose commitment, energy and behind-the-scenes efforts contributed immensely to the success of the programme. Their contribution was recognised through certificates of appreciation.

The journey culminated in the Batch 2026 Legacy Photograph—one frame capturing the beginning of a chapter that will become an important part of their MBA story.

Four days. Countless conversations. New friendships. New perspectives. One new beginning.

Aarambh 2026 may have come to a close, but the real journey starts now.

Welcome to the MBA journey, Batch 2026–28.
Think Big. Act Bold.

The future of leadership may be powered by AI—but it will always be shaped by people.

As Aarambh 2026, the MBA Orientation Programme at Lloyd Group of Institutions, continues to bring our new cohort together, we are delighted to welcome Ms. Sindhu S. Das, Strategic HR Leader, as our Guest of Honour for an insightful interaction on:
“Leading in the AI Era: Human-First Skills.”

AI is transforming businesses, workplaces and the very nature of work. But as technology becomes more intelligent, human capabilities become more—not less—important.
The leaders of tomorrow will need more than digital fluency. They will need the ability to combine AI with empathy, strategy with purpose, adaptability with resilience, and innovation with meaningful human connection.

For our incoming MBA cohort, this is not simply a conversation about the future of work. It is a conversation about the kind of leaders they choose to become.
At Aarambh 2026, we look forward to an inspiring exchange that reminds us that while technology can augment intelligence, leadership will continue to be defined by judgment, character, empathy and the ability to bring people together.

The future belongs not to those who compete with AI, but to those who learn to lead alongside it—without losing their humanity.

Great journeys begin with inspiring people, meaningful conversations, and the courage to embrace new possibilities.

As part of Aarambh 2026, the MBA Orientation Programme at Lloyd Group of Institutions, we are honoured to welcome Mr. Rajat Vij, Founder & CEO, HireForCare, as our Guest of Honour for an engaging interaction with the incoming MBA cohort.

The transition from a student to a management professional is a journey of learning, exploration, self-discovery, and purposeful action. An MBA provides the knowledge, perspectives, networks, and experiences that help aspiring professionals understand the world of business and prepare themselves to navigate it with confidence.

But the real transformation happens when learning is translated into action—when students identify their strengths, develop relevant skills, embrace opportunities, build professional relationships, and take ownership of their aspirations.

As Aarambh 2026 welcomes the next generation of management professionals, we look forward to an inspiring interaction that encourages our students to learn with purpose, grow with confidence, and build careers that create lasting impact.

In such an environment, leadership demands more than expertise—it demands strategic vision, adaptability, informed decision-making, and the ability to see opportunities within change.

This interaction offers our incoming MBA cohort an opportunity to step beyond theoretical frameworks and engage with perspectives shaped by the realities of India's diverse and evolving industrial ecosystem.

It is a chance to listen, question, reflect, and understand what it truly takes to lead in a world where industries are constantly being redefined.

Because the journey from management student to future leader begins with exposure to ideas that expand the way you see business, opportunity, and the world around you.

The Success–Happiness Equation | Aarambh 2026

What does it truly mean to be successful?

Is success measured by the position we hold, the milestones we achieve, or the impact we create? And somewhere along that journey, how do we ensure that success also leaves room for happiness?

These are the questions that make the journey of management education meaningful.

As part of Aarambh 2026, the MBA Orientation Programme at Lloyd Group of Institutions, we are delighted to welcome Mr. Amit Pandey, CEO, Technico Industries, as the Guest of Honour for an insightful session on “The Success–Happiness Equation.”

For the incoming MBA Batch of 2026–28, this session offers an opportunity to look beyond conventional definitions of achievement and explore the balance between ambition and fulfilment, performance and purpose, and professional success and personal happiness.

Because the leaders of tomorrow will not be defined merely by how far they go, but also by how meaningfully they live, lead, and create impact along the way.
