Good evening everyone.

Today, I want to share a few words about something that brings balance, peace, and strength into our lives—yoga.

Yoga is more than just physical exercise. It is a practice that connects the body, mind, and breath. Originating from ancient India, yoga teaches us discipline, self-awareness, and inner peace. Whether it’s through simple stretches or deep meditation, yoga helps us stay healthy, both physically and mentally.

In a world that moves so fast, yoga reminds us to slow down and breathe. It teaches us to stay calm under pressure and to listen to our own bodies. Just a few minutes of practice each day can reduce stress, improve concentration, and build inner strength.

Yoga is for everyone—no matter your age or ability. It doesn’t ask for perfection; it only asks for presence and commitment.

So let us all try to make yoga a part of our daily lives—not just as a form of exercise, but as a way to live with more peace, balance, and awareness.

Thank you.

Good morning everyone,

Today, we gather to celebrate International Yoga Day, a day dedicated to harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Yoga, which originated in ancient India, is much more than just physical exercise — it is a way of life that promotes balance, peace, and self-awareness.

In a world that is often fast-paced and stressful, yoga offers us a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. It teaches us the importance of discipline, mindfulness, and compassion — not just towards others, but also toward our own bodies and minds.

This year, let us recommit ourselves to healthy living and inner peace. Whether you are a beginner or a lifelong practitioner, yoga has something to offer to everyone. Let us embrace this ancient practice and make it a part of our daily lives.

Thank you, and Happy International Yoga Day

It gives me immense pleasure to stand before you today as we gather to celebrate the joy and excitement of our summer vacation function.

Summer vacation is not just a break from school—it’s a season filled with adventure, fun, creativity, and self-discovery. It’s the time when we get to explore new hobbies, spend quality moments with family and friends, and most importantly, refresh our minds for the new academic year ahead.

This function is a celebration of all the memories we’ve created, the places we’ve visited, and the new things we’ve learned during our break. Some of us might have traveled to new places, attended camps, read books, or simply enjoyed the comfort of home. Whatever it may be, these moments have added color to our lives.

As we move forward, let’s carry the joy and energy of this vacation with us and step into the new term with enthusiasm, confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow.

A heartfelt thank you to all the teachers and staff who have made this event possible, and to all of you for being part of this celebration.

Let us now enjoy the performances and experiences being shared. Wishing everyone a fantastic year ahead!

Thank you and have a great day!
