Note: [ For Youthphoria Final Round : "debate" ]
1. The duration of debate is total 5 minutes.
2. During the first minute each of the country's Representative will introduce the issues of their country.
3. The remaining 3 minutes would be for the debate and interaction / discussion on the issues brought forward by each of the countries at the time of introduction.
4. Discussion / Arguments on the issues by the country's representatives should be based on accurate facts and figure ( with proper citation of the source ). There is no room for generalized talk and vague discussions / irrelevant deviation in the final round
