उत्तर प्रदेश भारत स्काउट और गाइड के तत्वावधान में दिनांक 22 अप्रैल 2020 को संस्था के प्रादेशिक मुख्यायुक्त डॉ प्रभात कुमार जी के निर्देशानुसार विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस के अवसर पर उत्तर प्रदेश के युवा स्काउट गाइड रोवर रेंजर और यूनिट लीडर के साथ प्रथम वर्च्युअल यूथ फोरम कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया जिसमें प्रदेश के समस्त जनपदों से 558 युवाओ ने प्रतिभाग किया और धरती माँ की रक्षा का संकल्प लिया।
कार्यक्रम के शुभारंभ अवसर पर कार्यक्रम समन्वयक श्री अरविंद कुमार श्रीवास्तव प्रादेशिक प्रशिक्षण आयुक्त (स्काउट) ने सभी ऑनलाइन युवाओ का स्वागत किया।
तत्पश्चात सुश्री ललिता प्रदीप प्रादेशिक आयुक्त गाइड श्री आनंद सिंह रावत प्रादेशिक सचिव, श्रीमती कुसुम मनराल संयुक्त सचिव, श्री राजेन्द्र सिंह हंसपाल प्रादेशिक संगठन आयुक्त (स्काउट), श्रीमती देवकी शोभित प्रादेशिक प्रशिक्षण आयुक्त (गाइड) श्रीमती कामिनी श्रीवास्तव प्रादेशिक संगठन आयुक्त (गाइड) ने सभी युवाओ को संबोधित किया।
इस अवसर पर श्री रवि किशन शुक्ला अभिनेता एवं माननीय सांसद सदर गोरखपुर एवं श्री राजू श्रीवास्तव हास्य कलाकार ने संगठन के कार्यो की सराहना करते हुए उत्साह वर्धन किया । इस वर्च्युअल को सत्र के अनुसार तीन भागों में विभाजित किया गया जिसने पहला विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस पर युवाओं ने चर्चा की और श्री राजकुमार कौशिक जी निदेशक भारत स्काउट और गाइड राष्ट्रीय मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली ने अपना मार्गदर्शन दिया।
द्वितीय सत्र में कोविड-19 के सावधानी और बचाव पर डॉ तरुण विरमानी जी ने विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की, नीरज विष्कर्मा (इंटरनेशनल फिल्म डायरेक्टर,USA), प्रसून शर्मा (डायरेक्टर ग्लोबल चाइनीस स्टडी), प्रसून जोशी (चाइनीस रेडियो इंटरेशनल), मिस मुनिरा (यूनाइटेड नेशन,USA) और श्री एम. ए. के. मेक्की अध्यक्ष इंडियन स्काउट और गाइड फेलोशिप नई दिल्ली ने प्रदेश के युवाओं द्वारा इस वैश्विक महामारी में किये जा रहे कार्यो की सराहना की ।
तृतीय सत्र में युवाओ ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर परिचर्चा की और श्री योगेश कुमार सोनी टी वी पैनलिस्ट, श्री देव राज ग्रिमराज जी डब्ल्यू ओ एस एम कंसल्टेंट नेपाल स्काउट्स ने संबोधित किया ।
समापन सत्र में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप श्री एस प्रसन्ना जी निदेशक ए पी आर/ मैसेंजर ऑफ पीस प्रॉजेक्ट मनिला फिलीपींस से युवाओ को आशीर्वाद दिया।
युवाओ के प्रेरणा स्रोत श्री कमल पांचाल जी यूनाइटेड नेशन ने युवाओ को अपने उद्बोधन से प्रेरित किया।
उक्त वर्चुअल यूथ फोरम के संचालन श्री अश्वनी कुमार श्रीवास्तव समन्वयक मैसेंजर ऑफ पीस गोरखपुर द्वारा किया गया । श्री अदनान हाशमी सहायक प्रादेशिक संगठन आयुक्त आई टी. श्री प्रदीप शर्मा आई टी समन्वयक गाज़ियाबाद श्री सुंदरम शुक्ला आई टी समन्वयक गोरखपुर, श्री सचिन पटेल पीलीभीत द्वारा तकनीकी सहयोग प्रदान किया गया।

इसमें कुलदीप सिंह सत्या पांडे और राकेश सैनी ने अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हुए इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाएं और मैसेंजर आफ पीस की इस मीटिंग को एक अद्भुत बनाने का प्रयास किया
