इस विश्व मलेरिया दिवस पर, आइए हम इस घातक बीमारी को खत्म करने के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता में एकजुट हों। मलेरिया अनगिनत लोगों की जान ले रहा है, खासकर दुनिया भर में कमजोर समुदायों में। लेकिन साथ मिलकर, शिक्षा, रोकथाम और जीवन रक्षक उपचारों तक पहुंच के माध्यम से, हम मलेरिया के खिलाफ लड़ाई को मोड़ सकते हैं। आइए हम एक ऐसी दुनिया सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एकजुटता से खड़े हों जहां कोई भी इस रोकथाम योग्य और उपचार योग्य बीमारी से पीड़ित न हो। धन्यवाद

मलेरिया की रोकथाम में उपायों का संयोजन शामिल है:

मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग:-
मच्छरों के काटने से बचने के लिए कीटनाशक-उपचारित मच्छरदानी के नीचे सोएं, खासकर रात में जब मच्छर सबसे अधिक सक्रिय होते हैं।

कीट विकर्षक:-
मच्छरों को भगाने के लिए खुली त्वचा और कपड़ों पर DEET युक्त कीट प्रतिकारक लगाएं।

पर्यावरण नियंत्रण:-
जमा पानी को निकालकर मच्छरों के प्रजनन स्थलों को हटा दें और आसपास के क्षेत्रों को साफ और मलबे से मुक्त रखें जहां मच्छर पनप सकते हैं।

दवाई:-
क्षेत्र में मलेरिया के खतरे के आधार पर, निवारक दवा (कीमोप्रोफिलैक्सिस) लेने की सिफारिश की जा सकती है। उचित दवा के लिए किसी स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पेशेवर से परामर्श लें।

सुरक्षात्मक कपड़े:-
लंबी बाजू वाली शर्ट, लंबी पैंट और बंद पैर के जूते पहनें, खासकर मच्छरों की चरम गतिविधि के समय।

सामुदायिक प्रयास:-
कीटनाशकों का छिड़काव, स्वच्छता में सुधार और मलेरिया की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण के बारे में जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देने जैसी समुदाय-आधारित पहल में संलग्न रहें।

शीघ्र निदान एवं उपचार:-
यदि आपमें बुखार, ठंड लगना, सिरदर्द और मांसपेशियों में दर्द जैसे मलेरिया के लक्षण विकसित हों तो तुरंत चिकित्सा सहायता लें। गंभीर जटिलताओं को रोकने के लिए शीघ्र निदान और उपचार महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

On this World Malaria Day, let us unite in our commitment to eradicate this deadly disease. Malaria continues to claim countless lives, especially in vulnerable communities around the globe. But together, through education, prevention, and access to life-saving treatments, we can turn the tide against malaria. Let us stand in solidarity to ensure a world where no one suffers from this preventable and treatable illness. Thank you

Preventing malaria involves a combination of measures:

Use of mosquito nets:-
Sleep under insecticide-treated bed nets to avoid mosquito bites, especially at night when mosquitoes are most active.

Insect repellents:-
Apply insect repellents containing DEET to exposed skin and clothing to repel mosquitoes.

Environmental control:-
Eliminate mosquito breeding sites by draining standing water and keeping surrounding areas clean and free of debris where mosquitoes can breed.

Medication:-
Depending on the risk of malaria in the area, taking preventive medication (chemoprophylaxis) may be recommended. Consult with a healthcare professional for appropriate medication.

Protective clothing:-
Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes, especially during peak mosquito activity times.

Community efforts:-
Engage in community-based initiatives such as spraying insecticides, improving sanitation, and promoting awareness about malaria prevention and control.

Early diagnosis and treatment:-
Seek prompt medical attention if you develop symptoms of malaria, such as fever, chills, headache, and muscle aches. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for preventing severe complications.
