मैं ओंकार नाथ यादव ( विश्व ज्ञान क्रांति ) भारत के मा o सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के सभी माननीय न्यायाधीश , भारत के सभी मा o उच्च न्यायलय के सभी माननीय न्यायाधीश भारत के मा o निचली अदालत / जिला अदालत के सभी माननीय न्यायाधीश से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि देश हित और जनहित में देश के संविधान और देश के तिरंगे के सम्मान में , संविधान की शपथ का स्मरण करते हुए निष्पक्ष और भय से रहित होकर निष्ठापूर्वक एवं ईमानदारी से तथा बिना भेदभाव और द्वेष के अपने दायित्व का निर्वहन करते हुए संविधान और धरती के कानून के तहत हमारे ईमेल द्वारा भेजी गयी अपील दिनांक 16/09/2020 , दिनांक 11/11/2020 और रिमाइंडर दिनांक 21/01/2021 पर अविलम्ब संज्ञान लेते हुए भारत के हर जिला जेल व् केन्द्रीय जेल में क़ैद सभी मानव ( भारतीय और विदेशी ) को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत मैग्ना कार्टा 1215 की धारा 39 के तहत , हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत,मानव अधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा 1948 के अनुच्छेद,7,8,9,10,11,12 & 28 के तहत , हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत भारतीय संविधान 1949 के अनुच्छेद 14 , 19 , 20 (ii) , 21 & 22 के तहत, हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत जनरल क्लाज एक्ट, 1897 की धारा 26 , आई पी सी की धारा 71 , सी आर पी सी की धारा 167 (2) 434-ए 436 के तहत अंतर्गत हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए, अंतर्गत एनडीपीएस अधिनियम की धारा 50 के तहत हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए सभी के लिए समान नियम , संदेह का लाभ देते हुए तत्काल रिहाई के आदेश निर्गत कर दिये जायें साथ ही साथ अनुरोध है कि हमारे देश के जिला और राज्य के जेलों में जो किसान और किसान के नेता गैरकानूनी रूप से गिरफ्तार है और राज्य के जिला जेलों में बंद है या बंदी बनाए गए हैं,जिन किसान नेता , या देश के किसान को बिधि बिरुद्ध गिरप्तार कर के जिला जेल में कैद किया गया है उन्हें उनके स्वतंत्रता के लाभ के तहत भारतीय संविधान 1949 के अनुच्छेद 19 (1) (A) & 19 (1)(b) , मानव अधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा , अनुच्छेद 19 & 20 (1), नागरिक और राजनीतिक अधिकारों पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय करार (ICCPR) अधिकार के अनुच्छेद 19 , 21 और 22 , आर्थिक, सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक अधिकारों पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय करार (ICESCR) अधिकार के अनुच्छेद 8 का लाभ देते हुए मुचलका पर तत्काल रिहाई के आदेश निर्गत कर दिये जायें

From The Day When The Honorable Supreme Court Of The Country And The Honorable High Courts Of The Country, The Police For Filing Wrong Cases, And The Lawyers For Filing False Cases, Considering Injustice, Arbitrariness And The Law Of The Country As Their Father's Property Inherited From Them. They Will Start Giving The Harshest Punishment “Death Penalty” To The Judge Who Gives Verdict Against The Case And To The Media For Publishing False News. From That Day The Rule Of Law Will Be Established In My Country And On That Day Every Poor Oppressed Person Will Start Getting Justice. भारत देश का कानून किसी के बाप की जागीर नहीं है कि वह अपनी मनमर्जी हल चलाये जैसा वह चाहे वैसा करे।
जिस दिन से देश का मा० सर्वोच्च न्यायालय और देश के मा० उच्च न्यायालय , गलत मुकदमे दर्ज करने पर पुलिस को , और झूठे केस फाईल करने पर वकील को , नाइंसाफी , मनमानी और देश के कानून को विरासत में प्राप्त अपने पिता की जागीर समझ कर विधि के विरुद्ध फैसला देने वाले जज को और झूठी खबर प्रकाशीत करने पर मिडिया को कठोर से कठोर सजा “ सजाये मौत ” देना शुरू कर देगी उस दिन से मेरे देश में कानून का राज कायम हो जायेगा और उस दिन हर गरीब मजलूम को न्याय मिलना शुरु होगा और देश के गरीब मजलूम को मा० सर्वोच्च न्यायालय और देश के मा० उच्च न्यायालय का दरवाजा नही खटखटाना पड़ेगा और देश की अदालतों में झूठे केस फाईल नाट प्रेश हो जायेगे और देश की मा० सर्वोच्च न्यायालय और देश के मा० उच्च न्यायालय और सभी अदालतों में बाढ़ जैसे 90 % मुकदमे उसी तरह समाप्त हो जायेगे जैसे सूर्य के प्रकाश से काली और डरावनी अँधेरी रात और जैसे चैत और बैशाख के महीने में नदिया शूख जाती है ।

इस ट्रस्ट का मुख्य उद्देश्य निम्नलिखित है :-------------
1. यह ट्रस्ट 28 राज्यों और 8 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के प्रत्येक गांव/कस्बे, शहर/महानगर में रहने वाले सभी धर्मों के सभी नस्लों के सभी मनुष्यों के हित में काम करेगा, जैसे कि किसी पीड़ित व्यक्ति को उसे धरती के कानून का उलंघन करते हुए जीवन, स्वतंत्रता और संपत्ति से वंचित कर दिया गया है ।
2. यह ट्रस्ट पूरे भारत के 28 राज्यों और 8 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के प्रत्येक गांव/कस्बे, शहर/महानगर में रहने वाले सभी धर्मों के सभी नस्लों के सभी मनुष्यों के हित लाभ में काम करेगा ,
जैसे कि कोई राज्य / देश का कोई लोक सेवक या राज्य / देश का कोई न्यायालय धरती के कानून का उलंघन करते हुए , बिधि बिरुद्ध , नियमों और विनियमों का उलंघन करते हुए भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त होकर , अपने पदीय पद का दुरूपयोग करते हुए , नियम कानून को ताक पर रखकर के , न्याय की हत्या करते हुए , न्यायिक कार्यवाही में लोक सेवक, कानून के विपरीत, भ्रष्ट रूप से , कूटरचित दस्तावेज को जानते हुए ,दुर्भावनापूर्ण रूप से , असत्य , सत्य से परे हट कर , कपोल कल्पित , सही तथ्य को जानबूझ कर अनदेखी करते हुए निर्णय भ्रष्ट या दुर्भावनापूर्ण रूप से बनाया या सुनाया है तो उसके खिलाफ यह ट्रस्ट येसे लोक सेवक / न्यायालय के खिलाफ सेवा से बर्खास्तगी और दंडात्मक कार्रवाई के लिए सक्षम न्यायालय में याचिका दायर करेगा और साथ ही साथ कानून के तहत यह ट्रस्ट तत्काल पीड़ितों को मानवाधिकार या संवैधानिक अधिकारों की बहाली के लिए सक्षम न्यायालय में रिट याचिका दायर करेंगा । पीड़ित को जल्द से जल्द न्याय दिलाएगा ।

3. यह ट्रस्ट कानूनी तरीके से पीड़ित की ओर से या जनहित याचिका के तहत देश प्रदेश के सभी सम्मानित न्यायालय में प्रोसीड करेगा ।

4. इस ट्रस्ट पीड़ितों को अबिल्ब न्याय दिलाएगा ।

5. देश / दुनिया का कोई भी नागरिक , जो सरकार या सरकार में बैठे लोगो से से दुखी या ब्यथित है या किसी लोकसेवक से दुखी या ब्यथित है , न्यायाल से दुखी या ब्यथित है या अपने वकील से दुखी या ब्यथित है वह देश / दुनिया का कोई भी नागरिक इस ट्रस्ट का मेम्बर बन के अबिलम्ब समस्या का निदान और जल्द से जल्द न्याय प्राप्त कर सकता है ।

6. देश / दुनिया का जो भी नागरिक इस ट्रस्ट का मेम्बर बनेगा उसको यह ट्रस्ट कानून के तहत सक्षम न्यायालय से जल्द से जल्द न्याय दिलाएगा जिसका वह नागरिक कानून के तहत हकदार होगा ।

This Trust Will Work For The Benefit Of All Human Beings Of All Religions, All Races Living In Every Village/Town, City/Metropolitan City Of 28 States And 8 Union Territories Across India, Such As A Public Servant Of A State / Country Or A Court Of State / Country Violating The Law Of The Land, Violating Rules And Regulations, Indulging In Corruption, Misusing His Official Position, Rule Law In Abeyance, Miscarriage Of Justice, Public Servant In Judicial Proceedings, Contrary To Law, Corruptly, Knowingly Forging A Document, Maliciously, Untruthful, Deviating From The Truth, Fictitious, Misrepresenting True Fact If The Decision Is Made Or Pronounced Corruptly Or Maliciously By Wilful Neglect, The Trust Shall File A Petition In The Competent Court For Dismissal From Service And Punitive Action Against Such Public Servant/Court As Well As Under The Law Will Immediately File A Writ Petition In The Competent Court For Restoration Of Human Rights Or Constitutional Rights To The Victims. वह ऐसा ज्ञान जानता है कि जो दुनिया में कोई भी ऐसा ज्ञान नहीं जानता । विश्व ज्ञान क्रांति ज्ञान का नाम है ।
आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान से बेहतर था ।
जैसे कि अगर प्रकृति कोयला, डीजल और पानी के रूप में 3 उपहार वापस ले ले , तो देश के मानव आज से 100 साल पुराने फॉर्म में लौट जायेगे ,

जैसे कोयला, डीजल और पानी की मदद से बिजली तैयार की जाती है, अगर कोयला डीजल या पेट्रोल नहीं है, तो हम इंसान आज से 100 साल पुराने फॉर्म में लौट जाएंगे ।

विश्व ज्ञान क्रांति पूरे विश्व के किसी भी राज्य के किसी भी कानून के मदद के बिना, पूरे विश्व के किसी भी राज्य के किसी किसी भी रक्षा एजेंसी की मदद के बिना और पूरे विश्व के किसी भी वैज्ञानिक उपकरण की मदद के बिना पूरे विश्व में शांति स्थापित कर सकता है , जैसे मानव और मानवता के खिलाफ अपराध जैसे आतंकवाद, हिंसा, नरसंहार, डकैती, बलात्कार, हत्या, आदि के खिलाफ अपराध के बाद 1 घंटे से 24 घंटे के भीतर अपराध के बाद मानव के दरवाजे पर तत्काल न्याय दे सकता हैं । अपराधी, अपराध करने के बाद कोई भी आतंकवादी लुटेरा ,बलात्कारी हत्यारा लूट बलात्कार हत्या करके भागने में सिर्फ उतना ही समय ले सकता है जितना एक गांव /वार्ड /तालुका /नगला / सिटी कस्बा के एक छोर / सरहद से दूसरे गांव के गांव /वार्ड /तालुका /नगला के दूसरे छोर / सरहद में पहुंचने पर औसतन लगेंगे ,अधितम एक घंटे के अंदर वह हत्यारा देश के गांव /वार्ड /तालुका /नगला के अवाम के सामने होगा जिसका फैसला 7 दिन के अंदर गांव /वार्ड /तालुका /नगला के अवाम के टू थर्ड की बहुमत से सुना दी जाएगी देश में न ही सरकार की जरूरत है और न ही सरकार की संरक्षक पुलिस और न्यायालय की, न ही देश में अपराधी पाए जाएंगे और न ही कोई अपराध होंगे कोई भी मानव कहि पर देश के किसी भी कोने में अशुरछित नहीं होगा ।

मैं ओंकार नाथ यादव ( विश्व ज्ञान क्रांति ) भारत के मा o सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के सभी माननीय न्यायाधीश , भारत के सभी मा o उच्च न्यायालय के सभी माननीय न्यायाधीश भारत के मा o निचली अदालत / जिला अदालत के सभी माननीय न्यायाधीश से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि देश हित और जनहित में देश के संविधान और देश के तिरंगे के सम्मान में , संविधान की शपथ का स्मरण करते हुए निष्पक्ष और भय से रहित होकर निष्ठापूर्वक एवं ईमानदारी से तथा बिना भेदभाव और द्वेष के अपने दायित्व का निर्वहन करते हुए संविधान और धरती के कानून के तहत हमारे ईमेल द्वारा भेजी गयी अपील दिनांक 16/09/2020 , दिनांक 11/11/2020 और रिमाइंडर दिनांक 21/01/2021 पर अविलम्ब संज्ञान लेते हुए भारत के हर जिला जेल व् केन्द्रीय जेल में क़ैद सभी मानव ( भारतीय और विदेशी ) को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत मैग्ना कार्टा 1215 की धारा 39 के तहत , हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत,मानव अधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा 1948 के अनुच्छेद,7,8,9,10,11,12 & 28 के तहत , हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत भारतीय संविधान 1949 के अनुच्छेद 14 , 19 , 20 (ii) , 21 & 22 के तहत, हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए अंतर्गत जनरल क्लाज एक्ट, 1897 की धारा 26 , आई पी सी की धारा 71 , सी आर पी सी की धारा 167 (2) 434-ए , & 436 के तहत अंतर्गत हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए, अंतर्गत एनडीपीएस अधिनियम की धारा 50 के तहत हर मानव को उन्हें उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ देते हुए सभी के लिए समान नियम , संदेह का लाभ देते हुए तत्काल रिहाई के आदेश निर्गत कर दिये जायें साथ ही साथ अनुरोध है कि हमारे देश के जिला और राज्य के जेलों में जो किसान और किसान के नेता गैरकानूनी रूप से गिरफ्तार है और राज्य के जिला जेलों में बंद है या बंदी बनाए गए हैं, उन्हें उनके स्वतंत्रता के लाभ के तहत भारतीय संविधान 1949 के अनुच्छेद 19 (1) (A) & 19 (1)(b) , मानव अधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा , अनुच्छेद 19 & 20 (1), नागरिक और राजनीतिक अधिकारों पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय करार (ICCPR) अधिकार के अनुच्छेद 19 , 21 और 22 , आर्थिक, सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक अधिकारों पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय करार (ICESCR) अधिकार के अनुच्छेद 8 का लाभ देते हुए मुचलका पर तत्काल रिहाई के आदेश निर्गत कर दिये जायें
