School / Students Rules
Parents and guardians must not visit their wards or teachers in the classrooms without the permission of the Principal. Parents/ guardian will inform security if they want to meet their child and security will call the student at reception / main gate. All students should come to school in uniform. Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. If a student is sick, they should not be allowed to attend the class. Guardian to be informed immediately if a student is not well. Medical certificate or parent approved letter is required if a student is absent for more than 5 days. Pan Masala, Gutka, beetle leaves, smoking, To***co, Wine etc. are not allowed inside school campus in any case. School campus shall be a non-smoking zone all the times. Students who come to the school on their own should arrive at school before the bell rings (five minutes before the Home room period)
The morning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to go to the assembly or to their respective classrooms. This should be done promptly and in silence. As soon as they are in their classes students should get their books ready for the first period. Changing classrooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner. Shouting or whistling is not allowed in the School Building. Littering is strictly forbidden. Care must be taken of all the school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or charts or damage any school furniture; write or draw anything on the walls or in any school; or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Principal. Any damage done willfully will be compensated for by the one who has done it. Anyone who notices something damaged, should report the matter even if he or she does not know who has done it. Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments to school. No books (other than text books or library books), magazines or papers should be brought to the school without the permission of the Principal/In charge. Lending or borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted. The school is not responsible for goods lost; it is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches or fountain pens) to school. Students who come to school in the care of attendants should never leave before the attendant arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office. Students should get their Report Cards signed by their Parents/Guardians within two days of the receipt of the report cards. The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belongings of the students. Latecomers, Uniform Defaulters and children who do not do their Homework will be sent a warning letter. A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter. Students will be allowed to use the telephone facility with the permission of the relevant authority. Recommendations to Parents / Guardians
To get the best from the school for your child, you are advised to maintain close contact with the school. We earnestly recommend to parents that parents and guardians that they should look into their ward's School Diary every day and see that the lessons and home work assigned for the day is done. The student should be encouraged to cultivate neatness. Remarks put down in the diary should be seen and counter signed regularly. Should you feel that your wards is not making the desired progress the Principal/Incharge should be contacted. Children will not be allowed to go home during School Hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during working hours. To ensure better discipline parents are requested not to send children to school on the day they have any such appointments. Should there be any infectious disease in your home please report the fact to the Principle/Incharge at once, and do not send your ward to class till the infectious period is over. As the medium of instruction in this school is English, students should be helped to follow their work easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular conversation in English at home.
