Today, we celebrated 8th International Day of Yoga, 2022 at Yoga Training Centre of IQAC, Debraj Roy College. Nearly 150 numbers of students, faculties and staffs of Debraj Roy College had activity participated in the program. The program was inaugurated by the Principal of the College Dr. Jayanta Barukial.
Dr. Paban Ch. Dutta, associate Professor of department of Philosophy enlightened us with his deep knowledge about Yogas. And the Yoga session was conducted by expert of the field Mr. Jitumoni Khound.

Yoga Training Centre of IQAC, Debraj Roy College, Golaghat is celebrating Yoga Mahotsav since 12th June, 2022. Daily Yoga classes are going on in the centre. The centre also playing an important role in popularizing Yoga for healthy living among the residents of Golaghat since 2017 offering free daily Yoga Classes time to time. Yoga Awareness Drive is another attempt made by the centre in an nearby Lower Primary school today to spread the benefits of doing Yoga.
Today, Respected Principal, Vice Principal and coordinator of IQAC of Debraj Roy College Golaghat distributed T-shirts, prepared for the occasion of International Day of Yoga, 2022 among the participants of Daily Yoga classes to inspire them as well as to acknowledge their participation.
