The 100th MISS analysis by Dr. Bibhu Prasad Routray is on the compounding conflict in Manipur. The Meitei-Kuki conflict has spread to the Naga areas, resurfacing the old schism between the Kukis and the Nagas. Manipur is back as a conflict-riven state, unlike some of its neighbours. The answer to this is inter-community dialogue and trust-building. But that's easier said than done.
