NCC Unit Inaugurated at Shiva International School, Ghumarwin

Shiva International School, Ghumarwin, has taken an important step towards the holistic development of its students with the inauguration of an NCC Unit. The unit is being started under the guidance of 1 HP Naval Unit NCC, Bilaspur, led by Commander Sajjan Kumar.

Through NCC training, students will develop discipline, leadership, confidence, teamwork, physical fitness, and a spirit of national service. They will participate in activities such as drill, physical training, yoga, social awareness, leadership programmes, and community service.

Principal Dr. Shilpa Goel said that the launch of the NCC Unit is a proud achievement for the school and will help students become responsible, confident, and self-reliant citizens.

The school management expressed its gratitude to 1 HP Naval Unit NCC, Bilaspur, Commander Sajjan Kumar, and the NCC officers for their support. Mrs. Madhu Sharma, Executive Director of Shiva Education Society, was also present on the occasion.

The launch marks the beginning of a new journey of discipline, leadership, and national service for the students of Shiva International School, Ghumarwin.
