🚀 𝗜𝘀𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘅!

Today, I stumbled upon an incredibly clever marketing tactic right outside my society's gate (Geo Tagged Image attached). 🎯 A simple pamphlet with a QR code, boldly stating:
"𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗤𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗷𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻! 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗤𝗥"
I couldn’t resist. I scanned it, and guess what? It took me to an exquisite jewellery collection that had me hooked! 💍

This is a brilliant example of how innovative, cost-effective marketing can grab attention and drive engagement without a hefty budget. 📈 The allure of curiosity combined with a bit of humor was enough to pull me in, showing how powerful a well-placed call-to-action can be.

💡 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: You don’t need a massive budget to create buzz; sometimes, all it takes is a bit of creativity and a dash of humor.

We have been able to onboard a car manufacturing giant as our esteemed client and have started to deliver training for them.

“Adversity is the seed to GREATNESS”

Yesterday was a prime example when this quote got epitomized. Glenn Maxwell etched his name in the hallows of world cricket with a sublime display of grit and determination in the face of adversity.

His innings of 201 not out against an inform, talented and a determined Afghan bowling, was so exemplary that whosoever did not witness that amazing innings, missed out on a holy grail of chases in an ODI World Cup.

Maxwell’s innings had so many lessons sprinkled all over that it will be pity if we did not learn from it:

1) When the going gets tough, the tough gets going: Maxwell walked in when Australia's innings was teetering, having lost 6 of their top order batsmen and that soon that innings would go on to see another low at 91 for 7 when the skipper Phil Cummins walked in. The odds of an Australian win at this point were 0.67%. Rather than succumbing to the pressure or getting intimidated by the situation, Maxwell chose to be valiant.

Lesson: Anyone can thrive when the pastures are green. Winners thrive especially when odds are pitted against them.

2) Believe in yourself when the whole world gives up on you: The Cricket Pundits, Commentators, audience and even the entire Australian squad had given up (remember the odds: 0.67 %?). Even when Maxwell’s two catches went down, we all thought that a rash shot was just around the corner that would have brought the curtains down on this Australian chase leading to an imminent defeat.

Lesson: “It’s not over until I win or I die”

3) Your mind is mightier than the might of your body: Half way through his innings, Maxwell’s body wasn’t operating at 100% efficiency and was all cramped up due to the excruciating heat and humidity. Yet he continued because his mind was possessed with a purpose.

He hit towering sixes standing on one leg, compensating for the runs he had to turn down because of all the cramps.

Lesson: Once you are consumed with a purpose, roadblocks don’t even matter.

4) Greatness is an exclusive club: This innings will go down in the history of ODI World Cups as one of the finest and the greatest.

Not because no one scored a double century before. (Rohit has 3)
Not because no one scored runs at this rate.
Not because this will be the last double century ever while chasing.

But because of the situation it came in. Because this situation was unprecedented, only a special player would have overcome the adversity it brought with it.

His past success and failures (surely more failures than success) would have prepared him for this day to play such an unprecedented innings.

Lesson: Your greatness is already written in the future. Your hard work takes you there

My love for reading has been coincidental, accidental and a little humorous of sorts. I used to hate reading when I started.

I had a secret crush on a girl in high school, who was an avid reader and in my attempt to impress her I used to read the exact same books that she was reading at that particular time, just to be able to strike conversations with her at school.
I obviously failed to ignite the spark with her, however in the process I picked up the habit of reading frequently almost everyday.

The little accidental habit that I picked up in my teenage has cascaded into my adult life and now I feel my day isn't complete until I have had my doze of at least 10 to 20 pages.

Books have the power to improve your thoughts, heal your heart, change your perspective and steer your life for good.

Wowwww... It sometimes still feels as if I am dreaming.
In 2019 when I left my high paying IT job to pursue my dreams and to carve a niche for myself, no one and I literally mean no one believed in my conviction that i could make it successfully as a trainer.
Even the closest people to me, didn't. They unwillingly supported me, but then what choice did they have against someone who always has been a rebel and has always tread his own path.

In 2021 one of my closest gave up on me because I still didn't have anything to show for my efforts and in their eyes I was a failure. But I could see what they couldn't and i believe their departure was a blessing in disguise. I atleast was convinced that this is a lonely path that I had to tread all by myself.

In last four years I have had the privilege of working with some big names across Industry. I have had the privilege of rubbing my shoulders with people that I could have only dreamt of.

The journey has just started. The past four years have been like a trailer and as they say: "अभी तो पार्टी शुरू हुई है।
