Workshop on Behavioural Issues and Classroom Management

Ryan International School, Ghaziabad,conducted a workshop on Behavioural Issues and Classroom Management on 22nd June 2026, for the teachers in association with Times of India.
The resource person, Ms. Vandana Tandon- Educationist and Life skills Expert, shared valuable insights on understanding students’ behavioural patterns and managing classrooms effectively with patience, empathy, and positive communication.
She also highlighted the importance of creating a healthy and supportive classroom environment that encourages discipline, cooperation, and active participation among students.
During the workshop, various strategies and techniques were discussed to handle behavioural challenges, maintain classroom decorum, and build strong teacher-student relationships.
Real-life examples and interactive activities made the session engaging and practical.
The workshop also emphasized the role of teachers in nurturing students emotionally and academically through effective classroom management practices. The session concluded with an interactive question-answer round where teachers clarified their queries and shared their experiences.
Overall, the workshop was highly beneficial and provided the participants with practical tools and new perspectives to manage classrooms more effectively and foster positive student behaviour.

Ryan International School, Ghaziabad celebrated International Yoga Day and Father’s Day with great enthusiasm and fervour on 21 June 2026. The event brought together students, fathers, and staff members for a memorable morning dedicated to health, wellness, togetherness, and joyful participation.
In keeping with this year's International Yoga Day theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” the celebration highlighted the importance of yoga in fostering physical fitness, mental well-being, and harmony between individuals and the world around them.
The programme commenced with a guided yoga session conducted by renowned Yoga Instructor Mr. Vijay Kumar Garg. Students, fathers, and teachers enthusiastically participated in various yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. The session encouraged participants to embrace a balanced lifestyle and experience the holistic benefits of yoga.
A special highlight of the celebration was the formation of the number ‘50’ through synchronized yoga poses by students, fathers, and teachers. This creative presentation commemorated 50 glorious years of the Ryan Group of Institutions, celebrating its enduring legacy of strength, serenity, excellence, and holistic education.
Adding to the festive spirit of Father’s Day, a series of engaging and fun-filled activities were organized. Fathers and children enthusiastically participated in a Tug of War, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and stronger family bonds. A Shot Put activity for fathers also added excitement and encouraged active participation, making the celebration enjoyable and memorable for everyone present.
The event beautifully blended the values of fitness, mindfulness, family bonding, and recreation. It provided a meaningful platform for fathers and children to spend quality time together while celebrating the spirit of fatherhood and embracing the transformative power of yoga.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the yoga instructor, participating fathers, students, teachers, and the school management for their wholehearted support and cooperation in making the celebration a grand success.

Ryan International School Students Honoured at “Prerna Achievers Award” Ceremony
The meritorious students of Ryan International School from Classes X and XII were honoured at the “Prerna Achievers Award” ceremony organised by the National Educational Institutions Organisation on 22 May 2026. The event was held in a dignified and celebratory atmosphere at DLF Public School.
Two school toppers from Class X — Aahaskar Prabhat (98%) and Ksh*tish Ganguly (97.6%) — were felicitated with trophies and certificates for securing the highest marks in the CBSE Board Examination and bringing laurels to the school.
Similarly, the three school toppers of Class XII — Drishti Goyal (97.8%), Aakriti Garg (96.2%) and Gargi Mishra (96%) — were also honoured for their outstanding performance in the CBSE Board Examination.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Acharya Pramod Krishnam, Peethadheeshwar of Kalki Dham, Sambhal. He presented trophies and certificates to the achievers and motivated the students to continue striving for excellence through dedication and hard work.
The programme was also graced by Pilot Rakesh Tyagi, National President of the National Educational Institutions Organisation, Vice President Dr. Mrignayani, and Joint Secretary Suman Singh.

RYANITES WIN INTERNATIONAL HONOUR AT KOS MINAR DOCUMENTARY FILM FESTIVAL
Ryan International School, Ghaziabad proudly celebrates an outstanding international achievement by Aviral Bishnoi and Anjali Chaurasia of Class XII-D, whose film “Unnoticed” won the prestigious Best Director Award at the first Inter-School Filmmaking Competition organized under the banner of the Kos Minar International Documentary Film Festival by the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication, O.P. Jindal Global University.
The competition witnessed participation from more than 40 films submitted by renowned national and international schools. The entries were shortlisted after three rigorous rounds of viewing and evaluation conducted by eminent filmmaking faculty members and Professors of Practice from the Jindal School of Journalism and Communication. The remarkable achievement of the Ryanites at such a prestigious international platform reflects their creativity, vision, storytelling skills, and cinematic excellence.
For their exceptional accomplishment, the students were awarded certificates along with a cash prize of Rs. 4000/-. Their success has brought immense pride and glory to the school community and serves as an inspiration for budding young filmmakers and creative minds.
The school Principal congratulated Aviral Bishnoi and Anjali Chaurasia for their outstanding achievement and wished them continued success in all their future endeavours.

RYANITES SHINE AT NATIONAL WOODBALL CHAMPIONSHIP 2026
The 20th Senior and 14th Junior National Woodball Championship 2026 was successfully hosted at Krishna Vikas Global School, Raipur from 14 May to 17 May 2026. The prestigious championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from players, coaches, and officials from across the country, promoting the true spirit of sportsmanship, discipline, and healthy competition.
A total of 18 teams participated in the championship, with nearly 650 players competing in various categories and events. The tournament provided an excellent platform for athletes to showcase their talent, dedication, and teamwork, while also encouraging the growth and popularity of Woodball at the national level.
Ryan International School, Ghaziabad proudly congratulates Soumay Gupta, Shourya Sharma, Aadi Sehgal, Lakshay Dagar, Bhavishya Yadav, Yash Choudhary, and Anik Tyagi of Class XII-E for their remarkable participation and achievement in the championship. Their dedication, perseverance, and sporting spirit brought pride to the school and inspired fellow students to strive for excellence in sports.
In the Stroke Event, Maharashtra secured the 1st position, followed by Gujarat in 2nd position, while Uttar Pradesh achieved the 3rd position.

NCC Camp at Ryan Ghaziabad

The CATC-121 camp is being conducted by the 13 UP Girls Battalion NCC at Ryan International School, Ghaziabad, from May 18 till May 27.
On May 20, the camp was inspected by the Additional Director General of the Uttar Pradesh NCC Directorate, Major General Gaurav Gautam, VSM.
The visit began with a Guard of Honour presented by the NCC cadets. Thereafter, the ADG inspected various training areas, including weapon training, map reading, and drone training.
While addressing the cadets, the ADG emphasized that self-confidence is extremely important for an NCC cadet and encouraged them to remain fearless in life. He also urged the cadets to recognize and develop their talents. Additionally, he stressed the importance of giving women equal rights and respect.
On this occasion, the Deputy Group Commander of Ghaziabad Group, Camp Commandant Colonel Amit Bhatnagar, Principal of Ryan International School Ghaziabad Ms. Anju Sharma, and the entire staff were present.

YOUNG JOURNALISTS OF RYAN GHAZIABAD
A group of seven Ryanites from classes VII – VIII of Ryan International School, Ghaziabad, attended the BBN (Beyond Breaking News) – T.V. News presentation and production course , from 18th of May to 23rd of May 2026 at Ryan Noida Extension, embodying the vision of the Chairman of Ryan International Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F. Pinto to equip the students with ‘Education through Lens’- the skills to explore and realize the multiple talents, through its media initiative -Ryan T.V
The Ryanites availed the opportunity to get familiarized with the peculiarities and challenges of online Journalism through Course on Line Data(COLD),Hands on Training(HOT). The training comprised of shooting, video recording, scripting, editing and other details of T.V. news Journalism. The children were felicitated with certificates and badges after the completion of the course which empowered them as young Journalists i.e. Y.J’s .
The guests present to grace the occasion and to felicitate the students were Mr Alok Dwivedi, Editor in Chief - TV 27, Mr Vibhas Sane, Associate Editor-Amar Ujala Web Services, Mr Avishek Raja - Content Editor, Fortuna PR, Mr Anup Kumar- Deputy News Editor-Bharat Express and Ms Laxmi Devi - Senior Asst Editor - Press Trust of India.
It was an endeavour to equip the Ryanites with a comprehensive understanding of TV news production and preparing them for careers in media and journalism.
