𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 was celebrated at JKG international School, Vijaynagar, under the theme ‘ 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 ’ on 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐. All the learners of Grade Nursery and educators wore cool summer outfits and brought refreshing summer food. Learners made summer special lemonade using their culinary skills. They enjoyed the activity thoroughly. It was a wonderful day with lots of fun and positivity.

A community needs different people to help it function well and make the world a better place to live. These helpers remind us day and night that how inter related we all are in a society. Hence educating our learners about the *𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬,* is very important. Our enthusiastic learners of grade *𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲* explored this topic with great creative and fun. Here are some glimpses of their creative session.

Our enthusiastic learners of grade *𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘆* had an integrated session wherein they learnt to frame their *𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘀* . Through this activity their counting skills and gross motor skills were enhanched

In another fun filled integrated experiential learning session, our little budding learners of class *𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲* experienced *𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.* They learnt it in an unusual way by playing *𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞.* Using this technique we were able to impart knowledge and connect with their needs & level at the same time. They thoroughly enjoyed this activity while maintaining all the precautionary measures against COVID-19.
Our enthusiastic learners of grade 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲 celebrated the birth anniversary of * 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬- 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢* while dancing on a famous patriotic song. Many of them were too excited and asked many questions about these two legends. They all were beautifully dressed in ethnic wear and filled the environment with positive vibe and patriotism.
Our little learners of grade 𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐃𝐚y with great enthusiasm and confidence. Even after the whole period of remote learning they still have the confidence to perform on stage and connect with others. It was an amazing day for all.
