*Happiness in the air, its Diwali everywhere*
Diwali was celebrated at RIS Indirapuram with great devotion and zeal. The day began with prayers to worship Lord Ganesha and Goddess Laxmi. Celebration comprised of special assembly with dance and music performances including Ganesh Vandana and melodious rhymes on Diwali theme.To mark Diwali celebrations, the school organised various activities like Rangoli making, diya decoration and Toran making competitions with an objective to encourage students to celebrate festivals in an innovative way and also keep the tradition live amongst the generation and remain in close touch with our culture.
