The event brought together various institutions to discuss innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development under the Institutions Innovation Council (IIC).

Participants were also given an opportunity to explore the Startup/Innovation Stalls and the Udyami Bazaar (Entrepreneurs Market), where institutions could exhibit innovations and entrepreneurial products. Coordination for the event was facilitated by the host institute, which shared the schedule and guidelines beforehand.

Overall, ABESIT’s participation showcased the institute’s commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit among its students.

On National Entrepreneurship Day, under the aegis of the IIC–R&D Cell and the visionary leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Upasana Panday, Director (ABESIT) students experienced a power-packed session on “𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏-𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔.”

Our innovation aims to assist individuals suffering from Parkinson’s disease by detecting and dampening involuntary hand tremors through a wearable glove equipped with AI and sensor-based stabilization technology.

This achievement marks a major step in our journey to blend technology with healthcare and make a meaningful social impact.

Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 (VBB-2025) – Mentoring Session

The Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 (VBB-2025) mentoring session was successfully organized in STEPUP School Ghaziabad to provide guidance, strategic direction, and expert mentorship to participating students and innovators. The initiative aimed to strengthen participants’ innovative ideas and align their solutions with the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047, promoting creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking among young minds.

During the session, Dr. Vineet Kumar Singh, IIC Convener & SPOC-VBB 2025 interacted with teams to help them refine their problem statements, enhance the technical feasibility of their solutions, and align their projects with sustainable development goals. The mentors shared valuable insights on ideation, prototype development, and effective presentation strategies to help students perform well in the upcoming evaluation rounds.

The session created a collaborative environment in between ABESIT & STEP UP where participants received personalized feedback and were motivated to think critically about societal and technological challenges. The faculty mentor of STEP UP School, Ghaziabad Ms. Surabhi also encouraged students to register & participate in the VBB-2025. This initiative is initiated by the Principal, STEP UP School, Ghaziabad to emphasize the importance of innovation, teamwork, and scalability in developing impactful solutions.

The VBB-2025 mentoring initiative reflects the institution’s continuous commitment to nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship among students under the guidance of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). It provided a platform for students to transform their innovative ideas into implementable projects that contribute to building a self-reliant and developed India.
