Steps for the Ayurvedic treatment of shwitra (vitiligo):

1. 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐭 & 𝐊𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐢 (𝐆𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠):
Follow a balanced diet that is easy to digest and supports the balance of Pitta and Kapha doshas.
- Include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and lean proteins in your diet.
- Avoid spicy, sour, and fermented foods, as well as foods that aggravate Pitta and Kapha.
- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and herbal teas.
- Practice regular bowel movements to ensure proper elimination of toxins from the body.

2. 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬:
- 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐢 (𝐏𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚): Known for its depigmenting properties and used topically or internally to stimulate melanin production.
- 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐫 (𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐮): Possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helps in detoxification, and supports skin health.
- 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐦 (𝐀𝐳𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚): Has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and immune-modulating properties, beneficial for skin disorders including vitiligo.
- 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚 (𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚): Known for its blood-purifying and detoxifying properties, helps in removing toxins from the blood and supporting skin health.

3. 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐱 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬:
- Panchakarma: Undergo Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (therapeutic purgation) and Basti (medicated e***a) to eliminate toxins and balance the doshas.

Managing Oral Submucosal Fibrosis with Ayurveda:

- Ayurveda attributes oral submucosal fibrosis (OSMF) to an imbalance of Pitta and Kapha doshas.
- Pitta imbalance leads to inflammation and irritation in the oral mucosa, while Kapha imbalance results in toxin accumulation and excessive mucus, causing thickening and fibrosis of the mucosal lining-
- Avoid consuming spicy, hot, and acidic foods aggravate Pitta dosha, exacerbating OSMF symptoms.
- Dosha aggravation by sesame oil/ coconut oil is balanced by Kavala and Gandush.
- Stress management is done.
- Body purification by balancing aggravated pitta dosha and rakta dushti is managed.
- Ayurvedic panchakarma therapy such as virechan, nasya and basti gives effective results.

Burning Feet (Pada Daha) treatment with Ayurveda:

1- 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Treating underlying conditions like diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, or alcoholism can help alleviate burning feet symptoms.

2- 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Shweta chandan ( local application)
-Amla juice intake to reduce pitta dosha helps to manage burning sensation.

3- 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: Making lifestyle modifications such as avoiding hot potency food, mixing fruit and avoid having viruddha ahar( milk+mango etc),exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol can reduce symptoms.

4- 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞: Proper foot care, including wearing comfortable shoes, practicing good hygiene, and moisturizing the feet, can help alleviate burning sensations.

Remember, persistent burning sensations should not be ignored.
