Principals and educators from various schools gathered at Sapphire International School, Crossings Republik, on 16th January 2026 for a Capacity Building Programme on ‘Implementation of Skill Education & Kaushal Bodh’, highlighting the importance of skill-based learning for the 21st century.
The sessions were led by Ms. Sharmila Raheja and Ms. Ekta Soni, offering practical insights into the CBSE-mandated Kaushal Bodh framework. We are grateful to CBSE for appointing our Principal, Ms. Ekta Soni, as the Lead Facilitator for Kaushal Bodh. She also conducted sessions on 9th January at Uttam School for Girls and 10th January at Sapphire CR, strengthening professional capacity building for middle wing facilitators.

SISCR learners celebrated on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan, engaging learners in a variety of thoughtfully planned activities. From puzzles, quizzes, and maths games to problem-solving and hands-on tasks, learners enthusiastically participated throughout the week.
The celebration aimed at strengthening numeracy skills, encouraging logical and critical thinking, and helping learners connect mathematical concepts with real-life situations. It also promoted collaboration, confidence, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics, making the week both meaningful and enjoyable.

Sapphire International School, Crossings Republik, hosted a one-day Capacity Building Programme on “Use of Artificial Intelligence in Classrooms” on 13th December 2025, with participation from facilitators of different schools. Led by CBSE resource persons Ms. Sweety Singh and Mr. Vivek Giri, the session focused on practical classroom applications and ethical use of AI in education. The programme provided a meaningful platform for professional learning and collaboration, empowering educators for technology-enabled teaching.

Students of Grade IX from Sapphire International School, Crossing Republik visited the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on 15 December 2025 after qualifying up to the Master Mentors (MM) level of the MMGEIS program. We are proud to share that Vaanya Srivastava, Anishka Kukreja, Manya Chauhan, Prisha Srivastava, and Arpita Shukla earned this prestigious opportunity through their dedication and academic excellence.
During the visit, students interacted with eminent personalities including Shri A. S. Kiran Kumar, Former Chairman, ISRO; Shri Vinit Goenka, Secretary, Centre for Knowledge Sovereignty; Dr. K. J. Ramesh, Advisor, RIMES and Former Director General, IMD; Lt. Gen. Girish Kumar, VSM (Retd.), Advisor to the Government of Haryana and Former Surveyor General of India; and Shri Agendra Kumar, Managing Director, Esri India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These interactions provided valuable insights into weather forecasting, climate monitoring, and disaster preparedness. Vaanya Srivastava also received a special opportunity for face-to-face interaction with the Master Mentors and Advisory Board members.

Our learners were honoured to be part of the 19th National Bharat Scouts and Guides Jamboree, held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in the esteemed presence of Smt. Droupadi Murmu, Hon’ble President of India, and Shri Yogi Adityanath, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
The week-long jamboree, themed “Viksit Yuva, Viksit Bharat” (Developed Youth, Developed India), brought together over 33,000 participants from across India and several Asia-Pacific countries. It was a vibrant celebration of unity, adventure, leadership, teamwork, and service, offering learners enriching experiences, meaningful cultural exchange, and learning beyond classrooms.

The Head of the School, Ms. Ekta Soni, was invited as a panelist at the Eldrok India K–12 Summit, Delhi NCR, held on 9th December 2025.
She contributed to the panel discussion titled “Fostering a Culture of Innovation: Encouraging Creativity and Critical Thinking,” sharing thoughtful insights on nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and designing assessments that go beyond rote memorization to promote higher-order learning.
In recognition of her impactful leadership, she was also honoured with the India Top School Award 2025 (IKA–2025, Delhi NCR) for Excellence in Promoting Creative Skills for Inclusive Growth.
