We are excited to share that our Portfolio Website Challenge, "𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐎," held on 𝟐𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, was a vibrant showcase of creativity and enthusiasm. Participants showcased their 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 by building portfolio websites using Visual Studio Code (VS Code).

🎲 With themes assigned through a fun 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭‑𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, every team brought unique ideas to life, making the competition both fair and exciting.

The Department of CSE-DS & IT organized a Yoga Session on 15th November 2025 under the Sports & Yoga subject (BVA 251), with the aim of promoting students’ wellness and physical fitness. The event was conducted by the 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 & 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, 𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐓, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟕𝟓 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

The program commenced with an insightful introduction by highlighting the importance of warm-up exercises before beginning any physical activity.

This was followed by a guided sequence of breathing techniques and yoga postures, emphasizing their benefits in stress management, improving concentration, and enhancing overall well-being.

The session was highly engaging and well-received, motivating students to integrate yoga and mindfulness practices into their daily routines for a healthier and balanced lifestyle.

The expert talk provided students with valuable exposure to the power and versatility of Python programming in modern-day problem solving. Mr. Bhardwaj emphasized the importance of writing efficient, modular, and optimized code, illustrating how small changes in coding practices can lead to significant improvements in performance and productivity.

During the session, students learned about:

The BitBrain Club (Department of CSE-DS) successfully organized the QuizMaster’s Challenge on 27th September 2025 at ABES Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 100 students across B.Tech, BBA, and BCA programs, creating an engaging atmosphere of knowledge, curiosity, and healthy competition.

Participants showcased their skills in programming, algorithms, databases, and logical reasoning through multiple, dynamic questions.The event not only tested technical knowledge but also encouraged teamwork, quick decision-making, and critical thinking.

On the occasion of Anti-Ragging Day, the ZEN Club of CSE-DS Department, ABESIT conducted a Reel Awareness Activity to promote a safe and inclusive campus environment.

The event saw active participation from students, who used their creativity and voice to spread awareness against ragging. Their impactful reels highlighted the importance of respect, empathy, and unity among peers.

We are proud to share that the best entries will be forwarded to the UGC and Centre for Youth (C4Y), the National Anti-Ragging Monitoring Agency, giving our students a national platform to amplify their message.

As a Rare Disease Advocate and Student Innovator, Rashmi represented the youth voice in discussions that brought together leaders from Healthcare, Policy, and Technology.

The sessions highlighted the potential of advanced therapies, the importance of strengthening Centres of Excellence, and the role of public–private synergies in making rare disease care more accessible and affordable.
