Dr.A.P.J. ABDUL KALAM TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY (AKTU), Lucknow organized an “IIC Regional Meet” on August 29, 2022. The Meet focused on Innovation and Startup.
The program started at 10:30 am with the welcome address by Mr. Dipen Sahu. The dignitaries on the dais were Prof. P.K Mishra (VC AKTU), Mr. Dipen Sahu, and Asst. Innovation Director, Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell & AICTE, Govt. of India, Dr. Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.

The AKGEC ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION CELL, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has conducted an offline workshop on MOCK CEO MEET. this meeting focuses on deep learning about how the initiative has been taken by the CEOs of different companies, their thinking skills, marketing skills, ideas, and their journey from their beginning to success.

AKGEC IDEA Lab conducted a self-driven activity which was an online competition for which the DSIJ Stock game application was downloaded by all the participants.

An offline meeting was organized by the members of the AKGEC Entrepreneurship and Innovation cell this weekend. In this event, every participant was assigned a product that they had to publicize and market to everyone around and they had to gather votes based on their marketing skills, the one with maximum votes was awarded the winner.

Agenda: “World Earth Day”

AKGEC Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell and Value education cell celebrated World Earth Day on the 22nd of April to remind the students of their duties towards Mother Nature. Earth Day was created to raise awareness and spread gratitude for our planet and all it has to offer. An array of creative activities was organized to sensitize the students about the conservation of natural resources and to motivate them to do their bit towards making their planet even more beautiful.

The Incubation Unit Facilitation Technology Transfer Center field trip has been organized by the AKGEC Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell. The purpose of this visit was to educate the students on the innovation ecosystem, the new technologies used to bring new ideas to life through access to resources and financial investment, and how to build such an ecosystem.
