I had the previlege to take a session for my co-coaches inside the closed community of coaches with my coach Sahil Sehgal.

I thank Sahil Sehgal for his immense trust in me and delivered one of the learning modules on the much discussed topic SALES.

The feeling was great.

My heart-felt gratitude🙏🙏 to my mentor Sahil Sehgal, the community of co-coaches and the universe for this opportunity.

Yes, I'm damn serious stating this.

As a coach, I find many of the budding/struggling coaches making this blunder.

The blunder of NOT understanding the facts of a business.

A coaching business needs:

👉A core sellable Skill

👉Passion

👉Market study

👉Competitor's Analysis

👉Branding

👉Marketing and

👉Sales.

Now, here is the blunder.

Newbie/struggling coaches want to,

🧩Earn Money first and

🧩then want to invest.

I ask you these questions now.

❓How are you going to learn all the factors of a business,

without investing in your own learning?

❓How are you going to get a support you need, if you don't take

help of a person, who has already walked the path?

❓Whom are you going to ask your business doubts, get clarified

and move ahead, if you don't have someone to guide you?

In simple words,

Business needs investment 💸first,

Whether it is in infrastructure, man, machine, systems, learnings or guidance.

You start from there and then re-invest a portion of it to accelerate it further.

You cannot create a long term sustainable and profitable business without investment.
