Job Responsibilities

•Response to all telephone, and intercom calls and over conversations smoothly and politely.
•Take and transmit messages as per the obligation of message style.
•Deliver information to callers just accurately.
•Receive and sent Documents, Courier as required.
•Deal with queries from /visitors and guests.
•Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of an organization.
•Perform well under Pressure & assist in other administrative work.
•Well groomed and maintain the reception area neat & clean, calm and quiet.

Educational Requirements

•HSC/Honors/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Computer(Ms office) knowledge is must

Experience Requirements

•Atleast 1- 2 years (Front Desk, Reception in educational field)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

•Should have good communication skills in English
