The SDG Cell of the Department of Economics, Political Science, and Sociology at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, in collaboration with Shanti Sahyog, organized a Community Outreach Activity on Domestic Violence Awareness and Empowerment on March 7, 2025, in Kalkaji, New Delhi.
The event focused on raising awareness about domestic violence, promoting education, and empowering communities. Students, faculty, and local community members engaged in interactive sessions, discussions, and awareness activities, emphasizing the need to speak up against domestic violence and advocate for gender equality (SDG 5) and reduced inequalities (SDG 10).
