He consistently inspires faculty members, staff, and students to participate in initiatives that promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and holistic development.
The yoga session was conducted under the expert guidance of ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ข๐ซ & ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ญ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ข, Gurukul Yoga, Murad nagar. Through their professional instruction, clear demonstrations, and motivating approach, participants were able to perform various yoga asanas with confidence and precision. Their insightful guidance also helped attendees appreciate the significance of correct posture, mindful breathing, and disciplined practice in achieving overall health and well-being.
The celebration commenced with an enlightening address highlighting the timeless relevance of yoga in contemporary life. The session emphasized yogaโs vital role in harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit while encouraging a balanced, disciplined, and healthy lifestyle. The event was organized under the supervision of Dr. S. Sadish Kumar, Director, and was successfully coordinated by Mr. Anshul, Mr. Shubh Deep Yadav, Mr. Prashant Kumar (Assistant Professors), Mr. Manish (PDP trainer), Mr. Shivam (Lab technician), and Mr. Arvind (Librarian), whose dedicated efforts contributed significantly to the smooth ex*****on and success of the programme.
