RCIM college of Management ,Loni Ghaziabad organized" Fest 2021". A occasion to celebrate victory over defeat,light over darkness,awareness over ignorance, an occasion to celebrate life.
The celebration started with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony seeking blessings from Maa Saraswati by Diretor Sir(Mr. Sushil Dhaka). Program Coordinator Ass. Prof. Mr. Sheetal Kumar Jha and Ms. Kajal conragtulated the batch and facculty memebers for organizing this function.
The event witnesses wonderful speech by Director Sir, Principal Mam(Dr. Rupanshi Acharya).
Students participated in many activities like singing and dancing.
A wonderful Act("SAVE GIRLS & RESPECT GIRLS") represent by BCA first year students. RCIANS organized their foodstall in which students made a lot of things to ate.
Towards the end, vote of thanks given by Ass. Prof Mrs. Sompa Jha with wonderful speech.

institutes introduce a communication competition in which students learn new things. Freshers students participated in this competition and learn how to communicate or how to present him/her self in front of others.
