DIKSHARAMBH 2026 | Your Journey from Campus to Corporate Begins Here

KIET School of Management celebrated a transformative beginning for the MBA Batch 2026–28. The induction programme successfully brought together academia, industry, and alumni to inspire students as they embark on their journey from campus to corporate.

Throughout the programme, students engaged with university leaders, eminent industry experts, policymakers, and accomplished alumni, gaining valuable insights into leadership, innovation, professional ethics, and the evolving corporate landscape.

The programme commenced with inspiring addresses by the university leadership, including the Dr. Nagaraj Ramarao (Hon'ble Vice Chancellor),Dr. Adesh Kumar Pandey( Director Academics), and (Prof.) Dr. Binkey Srivastava (Dean, KIET School of Management), who encouraged students to embrace opportunities, uphold values, and strive for excellence throughout their management journey.

Adding immense value to the induction were insightful interactions with distinguished *leaders from SEBI, Infosys, Bisleri International, Republic Bharat, along with accomplished KSOM alumni*. Their experiences and industry perspectives provided students with valuable insights into corporate expectations, innovation, ethical leadership, and career growth.

A significant highlight of the event was the *Signing of the Letter of Agreement between KIET and Bisleri International* for collaborative initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reinforcing KSOM's commitment to industry partnerships and responsible management education.

Through engaging sessions on leadership, networking, alumni interaction, and industry connect, Diksharambh 2026 set the foundation for transforming ambitious students into future-ready business leaders.

Guest Lecture | EY & SAP: Shaping the Future of Business and Technology

KIET School of Management hosted an insightful guest lecture featuring industry experts from EY and SAP, offering students a comprehensive understanding of the future of work in the digital era.

The session highlighted how Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries, redefining workforce expectations, and creating new opportunities for future business leaders. Students also gained valuable insights into the Why, What, and How of SAP Careers, exploring the growing demand for SAP professionals, career pathways, and the importance of acquiring industry-relevant digital skills.

The engaging discussions encouraged students to embrace continuous learning, innovation, and professional certifications to stay competitive in today's rapidly evolving business environment. The lecture successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations, empowering students to build future-ready careers.

Learning Beyond the Classroom | Industry Exposure at News18 Studio

As part of the MBA induction journey, the students of KIET School of Management (KSOM) had the exciting opportunity to visit the News18 Studio, where they experienced the fast-paced world of television journalism and media broadcasting.

The visit offered students an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at a live news production environment, including studio operations, broadcasting technology, newsroom coordination, and the role of media in shaping public opinion. Interacting with industry professionals provided valuable insights into communication, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making in high-pressure situations.

This enriching exposure reinforced the importance of experiential learning, helping students connect classroom concepts with real-world practices while broadening their understanding of the dynamic media industry.

Ethics, discipline, and continuous learning form the foundation of every successful management professional.

As part of the MBA Induction Programme, Dr. Ranchay Bhateja and Prof. Punjika Rathi conducted an insightful session on "Ethics & Excellence: Setting the Tone – Discipline & Code of Conduct," highlighting the values, professionalism, and ethical conduct expected from future leaders. Through interactive role plays inspired by real-life situations, students explored the importance of integrity, responsible decision-making, and professional behaviour in both personal and corporate settings.

The learning journey continued with Prof. Shivani Sharma's session on MOOCs, LMS & Professional Certifications, where students were introduced to digital learning platforms and the significance of upskilling through globally recognized certifications. Together, these sessions encouraged students to embrace lifelong learning while building a strong ethical and professional foundation for their management careers.

KIET SDG Hub Session | Purpose, Process & Outcome

As part of the MBA Orientation Programme 2026, KIET School of Management, in collaboration with the KIET SDG Hub, conducted an insightful session by Dr. Prateek Gupta, Apex Coordinator, KIET SDG Hub, on the theme "Purpose, Process & Outcome."

The session familiarized students with the vision, initiatives, and impact of the KIET SDG Hub, highlighting how sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility can be integrated into academic and professional journeys. Through engaging discussions and practical insights, students were encouraged to contribute towards creating meaningful and sustainable change.

The session inspired the incoming MBA cohort to embrace purpose-driven learning and become responsible leaders committed to making a positive impact on society.

As part of the MBA Orientation Programme 2026, KIET School of Management organized an insightful guest lecture by an industry expert from EY Learning Solutions, introducing students to the evolving world of FinTech and emerging industry trends.

The interactive session highlighted the growing impact of financial technology in everyday life, industry expectations, and the importance of developing future-ready skills. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, students gained valuable insights into how innovation and digital transformation are reshaping the business landscape.
