Sports council of RKGIT under the banner of Student Activity Council (SAC) organized ‘NIKKA FIBA 0.1’ event of Basketball for all the students of RKG Group on 25/02/2023 (Saturday). Many students enthusiastically participated in the event.
Dr B.C. Sharma ( Director, RKGIT) motivated the students for participating in sports activities and also emphasized on overall holistic development of students. Dr Ramendra Singh (Dean Accreditation, RKGIT) congratulated all the participants and motivated them to play with sportsman spirit. Ms. Farah Naz (AP-ECE) and Mr. Harendra Yadav (AP-EEE) encouraged the students through the prize distribution and appreciated the efforts exhibited by the students. Mr. Ashish Tomar, Sports Officer (RKGIT) also congratulated all the participants and the winners for the event.

An extension activity on " Cancer Awareness Programme" was conducted by a group students and faculty members of RKGIT on 4th February 2023 at Composite School, Asalat Nagar, Muradnagar. In this programme school students were awared about the dreaded disease Cancer, it's types , causes and symptoms. Students of RKGIT depicted the message through interesting skits, the students of composite school were very delighted and understood the fruitful information. This program was conducted by support of Mr Kunal Lala, Mr Vikas Tyagi, Ms Megha Tonk,Mr Dhananjay Chauhan, Mr Praveen Gautam, Mr Kuldeep Tyagi ,Ms Farha Naaz and Ms Farha Sultana.

To spread the knowledge about outcome based education, internal quality assurance cell has started a lecture series on outcome based education and accreditation process. The series was inaugurated by prof k k Agrawal, chairman National board of accreditation on 17th October.
The third lecture of this series was delivered by Dr. zaheeruddin, prof deptt of electrical engineering,Jamia milia inslamia on faculty contribution to achieve the NBA accreditation.
Prof Zaheeruddin discussed about all the aspects that how a teacher can contribute in achieving the NBA accreditation. He also briefed the faculty members about the innovative teaching methods as per the NBA requirements. He emphasized on the involvement of industry in academics.He motivated the faculty to involve themselves in quality research work and fetch some research grant and consultancy.

Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology is organizing a One Week 'Staff Development Program (SDP)' on ' Computer Networking & Cloud Computing' from 05th-10th January 2023.
The main emphasis of this SDP on the organization and management of local area networks (LANs). The course objectives include learning about computer network organization and implementation, obtaining a theoretical understanding of data communication & computer networks, and gaining practical experience in installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of current LAN systems.
The inaugural session of SDP on 05 January 2023 was graced by Dr. Laxman Prasad (Advisor) RKG Group of Institutions, Dr. D.K. Chauhan (Executive Director) RKG Group of Institutions, Dr. B.C. Sharma (Director) RKGIT, Dr. Ramendra Singh (Dean Accreditation) RKGIT, Dr. R. K.
