A Heartfelt Farewell & Happy Retirement to Madam Yog Kumari Chettri
Government Secondary School Pelling Chumpong celebrated the happy retirement of our beloved teacher, Madam Yog Kumari Chettri, after an incredible 37 years of dedicated and selfless service to Pelling Chumpong Secondary School.
For nearly four decades, Madam Yog Kumari Chettri has been an integral part of our school family, nurturing generations of students with her knowledge, kindness, dedication, and unwavering commitment to education. Her contribution to the school and the lives of countless students will always remain a cherished part of our school’s history. ❤️
A particularly touching moment came when our respected Headmaster, Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, gifted Madam Yog Kumari Chettri a precious pen that was personally his favourite. On her final day of service, Madam Yog Kumari Chettri used that very pen to sign the register for the last time, making the moment deeply emotional and memorable for the entire school family. 🖊️
As a beautiful gesture of love and gratitude, Madam Yog Kumari Chettri also hosted a special lunch for all the students, teachers, and staff members of the school. Her generosity and affection made her final day even more special and unforgettable.
