REFORM NO.3 in Education System
▶️ Teaching, Training & Development Methods
ALARM: Teaching subjects is not enough in order to produce the needed quality of human resources for our present and future needs.
A. We must make sure that we are training our generation as per their actual practical needs of development
B. Need to make students learn
C. We must ensure that the students are DEVELOPING really.
Then only the education would really become the Main FACTOR of the needed development. Otherwise it shall remain mainly a forfeit, as these been, these years.
ALARMING Question:
Q. Should Your EDUCATION be able to Address Your DEVELOPMEN NEEDS?
If we want to see a change in the world, Nation, society, we need to understand the FACTORS OF CHANGE.

The most important factor, in the delivery of education and the development of student generation, is the institutional leadership. It impacts every component and function of the institutional education system.
