Thank you to everyone who helped make SNU Open 2018 a great success and it was lovely to see people turn out in such large number despite SNU being remotely located. We also wish to thank our Co-Organisers Capital Cubing for helping out (this event would not have been what it is if not for your involvement). Most of all we would like to thank our WCA delegates Akash Rupela and Ujjawal Pabreja who played a pivotal role is making SNU Open what is was. For Those who could not make it, we hope to see you next year!

To beginners, experienced cubers and all curious souls - let's get cubing!

We at the Mathematics Society know that there are many new cubers who would wish to meet like-minded people and discuss various cubing-related topics, whether it is the recently-broken world record or upcoming WCA competitions, or a new algorithm to solve a cube faster. On the other hand, there may be many more who are fascinated by the prospect of cubing, but have never really tried it.

To this end, the Mathematics Society and SNUbik's, the cubing club within it, is proud to bring to you this semester's first full-scale cubing workshop. The workshop will be conducted by Praneet Srivastava, Aditya Subramanian, and Abhijit A J.
