“ যিসকলক তাওৰাতৰ দায়িত্বভাৰ দিয়া হৈছিল, কিন্তু সিহঁতে ইয়াক বহন কৰা নাছিল। সিহঁতৰ উদাহৰণ হৈছে- গাধৰ দৰে! যিয়ে বহু কিতাপৰ বোজা বহন কৰে। কিমান যে নিকৃষ্ট সেই সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ দৃষ্টান্ত যিহঁতে আল্লাহৰ আয়াতসমূহক মিছা বুলি অমান্য কৰে; আৰু আল্লাহে যালিম সম্প্ৰদায়ক হিদায়ত নকৰে। ”

The word "Entrust" here stands for reading, understand, memorising the Torah and acting upon it. But the Children of Israel/Jacob during Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) did not do so, but used to misspread it distorting its meaning. Similar to a donkey who, though, carries volumes of books but can neither understand nor read nor act upon it.
