Introduction
The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) organized an MIC (Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell) driven activity on the topic "Significance of IP Protection and Commercialization" as part of its efforts to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship among final-year students. Inauguration of IP UTSAV and Celebration of World Creativity and Innovation Day

The event marked the inauguration of IP UTSAV, a national initiative aimed at promoting intellectual property (IP) awareness and innovation culture among academic institutions, startups, and youth. The event also celebrated World Creativity and Innovation Day, aligning with the global call to encourage creative thinking for sustainable development.

This celebration served as a curtain-raiser for a week-long series of activities across institutions to build IP literacy and showcase creative works.

GREYMATTERS 2025

4. Number of participants: 25 teams, 1 lone total=51

5. Greymatters is an National level flagship quiz competition held in AEC on National science day. The quiz was conducted by respected quiz master Mr. Abhra Das. It was organized in the Chemical seminar hall from 10am to 3pm on 28th February 2025. Total 8 teams made it to final and three teams
bagged the trophies. The prize pool for the winners was 12k, gift hampers, coupons.
