About the Role and Key Responsibilities:
The Back Office Support Executive will be like a coordinator and will be based in the academy and will be incharge of all admin functions, as under but not limited to the same .
The coordinator will be responsible for all administrative matters concerning the organization: Oversee all administrative issues relating to purchases / maintaining stock records /asset records/ Annual Maintenance Contracts/ Pest Control / Water Analysis Tests/CCTV and fire safety norms/ staff attendance and leave records/ bio-metric attendance / statutory compliances required locally.Overall Maintenance of Centres: Follow-up on all maintenance issues relating to civil, electrical, plumbing issues/ computer maintenance/ vehicle maintenance, documentation and payment of dues/overall upkeep of all CentresLiaise with external agencies when required: Co-ordinate and interact with outsourced agencies such as House Keeping/ Security/Driver / Advertising agencies and purchase vendors etc.. Draw up contracts and renew as and when required.
Coordination and Management with the Teachers and Students at our centre as well as with the coordinators at the various Jaceex Study Centres.
Tele Calling to potential Students and Clients of Jaceex.
All accounting in Zoho Cloud computing, Data Entry, Petty Cash Accounting for location and cash handling
Qualification and Role Proficiencies Required: For successful ex*****on of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree .
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languages.
Computer Literacy with adequate proficiency in MS Office, Cloud based applications like Drop Box ,Google Drive etc
Should be an adopter of Technology applications as we at Jaceex are highly technology driven.
Experience of at least 2-3 years in working in a commercial establishment.
Should handle end to end recruitment.Headhunting, Calling, Screening, shortlisting,Client coordination Interview scheduling.Regular follow-ups with clients and candidates and Daily reporting.
Soft Skills Required:
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work successfully as a part of a team.

About the Role: Business Development cm Sales Executives (BDEs) will be primarily responsible to build new alliances for Jaceex, directly mobilise students for the various courses offered by Jaceex ; explore new business opportunities in the area of professional and Career Oriented courses. The BDEs will be responsible for selling the various courses that Jaceex Offers and also responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.The roles will involve extensive Travel in the North East.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify sales opportunities for Jaceex.
2. Build relationships to establish Jaceex Study Centres in Educational Institutions.
3. Manage business relations with existing customers to increase the depth of existing relationships.
4. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
5. Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
6. Setting up a framework and planning the Franchisee model of operation.
7. Business development and customer acquisition.
8. Client Relationship Management and Team Management.
9. Organising Seminars, Events etc for Jaceex and at Clients end.
10.Organising various Outreach activities for Sales generation.
Qualification and Role Proficiencies Required: For successful ex*****on of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree preferably in Business Related Subjects.
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languages.
Computer Literacy with adequate proficiency in MS Office, Cloud based applications like Drop Box ,Google Drive etc
Should be an adopter of Technology applications as we at Jaceex are highly technology driven.
Experience of at least 2-3 years in handling Education Product and Service Sales.
Have existing relationships with Educational Institutions.
