An Industrial visit to Guwahati Tea Auction Center ( GTAC) was organised by the Department of Commerce, Assam Don Bosco University under the auspices of Guwahati Tea Auction Center on 8th Feb, 2023. Altogether 34 students of Bcom sem 6 with two faculty members accompanied the visit. It was a great learning experience to know the auction and trading of tea facilities in India. There was a Tea Lounge to experience different varieties of Tea which is a must visit for tea-lovers.

Celebration of National Tourism Day in University campus on 25th January, 2023 organised by School of Commerce and Management, Assam Don Bosco University. Various forms of cultural dances of North East region are exhibited with the National Anthem in the end..

The Department of Commerce, Assam Don Bosco University recently organised a National Webinar on ‘ Wealth creation through Personal Finance Management’ on 19th January, 2023. The resource person was Surya Kant Sharma, Senior consultant, AMFI and Ex-DGM of SEBI. It was attended by around 145 participants from different institutions across India. It will be followed by speech on cultural tourism, dance performances showing different cultures of North-Eastern states and music.
