Institute of Guitar Fundamentals(IGF) is the brainchild of Mr. Amborish Saikia who has been teaching guitars succesfully since 2002.Here's a little bit of description about his musical journey and achievements:

1. Has been the lead guitarist for the national band EUPHORIA and featured in various music videos, channels and websites such as VH1, MTV, CHANNEL V, YOUTUBE as well as WIKIPEDIA.

2. Besides performing in various places such as USA, HONGKONG (Macau), INDONESIA, UAE, ANDAMAN N NICOBAR ISLANDS, NEPAL and all across INDIA, has successfully released two music albums with EUPHORIA in collaboration with hugely popular record labels TIMES MUSIC and UNIVERSAL MUSIC, and have been quite often covered in numerous newspapers, magazines and journals.

3. Currently works as a session guitar player for BOLLYWOOD Artist KK.

4. Emerged as the BEST BAND in the much-coveted DSP BLACK ROCK-I-LUTION trophy in the year 2007 as CASINO BLUE, defeating 220 bands from the country.

5. Performed as an opening artist for International bands MEGADETH, MACHINEHEAD and SMOKIE.

6. Current Guitar player for bands such as LATE TOO SOON, MO AND THE SHOOTING STARS and former guitarist for the band VOODOO CHILD.

7. Works as a Session Studio Player for different musical projects.

8. Got the opportunity to be endorsed by popular International guitar brand GIBSON, USA.

9. Have been given the honor of a judge in numerous music competitions.
