কালি ২৮ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰী তাৰিখে অসম জাতীয় বিদ্যালয়ৰ প্ৰাক- বিদ্যালয়ৰ শিশুসকলৰ ক্ৰিয়া-কলাপৰ এখন প্ৰদৰ্শনী অনুষ্ঠিত কৰা হয়। কটন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ নৃতত্ব বিভাগৰ অৱসৰপ্ৰাপ্ত অধ্যাপিকা উপলা বৰুৱাই উন্মোচন কৰা এই প্ৰদৰ্শনীখনত প্ৰাক-বিদ্যালয়ৰ সকলো শিশুৱে অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰে ।

শিক্ষয়িত্ৰী সকলৰ সহযোগত অংকুৰ ,কুঁহি আৰু সোপান শ্ৰেণীৰ কণমাণিসকলৰ হাতৰ পৰশত উজ্জীৱিত হোৱা প্ৰদৰ্শনীখন অংকুৰ , কুঁহি আৰু সোপান শ্ৰেণীৰ শিশুসকলৰ লগতে তেওঁলোকৰ অভিভাৱকসকলেও উপভোগ কৰে। শিশুসকলৰ সৃষ্টিশীল কামবোৰে সকলোকে আপ্লুত কৰে।

বিগত তিনিটা দশকতকৈও অধিক কাল ধৰি ৰাজ্যখনত মাতৃভাষা মাধ্যমৰ বিজ্ঞানসন্মত শিক্ষা প্ৰদানৰ বাবে অসম‌ জাতীয় বিদ্যালয় শিক্ষা সংসদে ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰি আহিছে। এই ক্ষেত্ৰত আৰু অধিক চৰ্চা তথা সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি কৰাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সমগ্ৰ ৰাজ্যৰ প্রতিখন জিলাতেই থকা জিলা জাতীয় বিদ্যালয় সমন্বয়ৰক্ষী সমিতিসমূহৰ উদ্যোগত জিলা ভিত্তিত কৰা আয়োজনৰে ‌আজি এই দিনটো উদযাপন কৰা‌ হয় ।

অসমীয়া ভাষাৰ বিশুদ্ধ চৰ্চা তথা অধ্যয়নৰ বাবে অক্লান্ত ভাবে কাম কৰি থকা শ্ৰীযুত প্ৰমোদ চন্দ্ৰ ভট্টাচাৰ্যয়ো এক চমু তথা মনোগ্ৰাহী ভাষণ আগবঢ়ায়।

Today we came together at Assam Jatiya Bidyalay to honor International Mother Tongue Day. For an institution founded on the principle of elementary education in one’s first language, the significance of this day is immense.

Dr. Narayan Sharma, Secretary, AJBEC spoke of the persistent effort to teach the fundamentals of science and arts in our mother tongue. Learning feels natural and rooted that way, and we must continue building awareness around it.

Our chief guests brought the depth we needed. Eminent playwright, director, and essayist, Naren Patgiri and Dr.Taranee Deka, VC, Bangaigaon University spoke as one voice on what truly matters, how Assamese as a language has grown and developed since the time of Sankardeva and Madhavdeva, began to gain structure and respect through the efforts of various luminaries from Anandaram Dhekial Phukan to Miles Bronson . The mother tongue does more than communicate. It forges our thoughts, stirs our emotions, and shapes our imagination and discourse as a people.

অসমৰ এগৰাকী বিশিষ্ট সাহিত্যিক, গৱেষক, বড়ো সাহিত্য সভাৰ প্ৰাক্তন সভাপতি শ্ৰদ্ধাৰ তৰেণ বড়ো ডাঙৰীয়াৰ বিয়োগত অসম জাতীয় বিদ্যালয়ে গভীৰ শোক প্ৰকাশ কৰিছে। প্ৰয়াত বড়ো ডাঙৰীয়াই বড়ো ভাষাৰ লগতে অসমীয়া ভাষাতো ভালেমান গ্ৰন্থ ৰচনা কৰি বহুমূলীয়া বৰঙণি আগবঢ়াই থৈ গৈছে।

২০২২চনত চনত অসম জাতীয় বিদ্যালয়ৰ বাৰ্ষিক গীত- মাতৰ গধূলি অনুষ্ঠানলৈ তেখেতক আমি মুখ্য অতিথি হিচাপে নিমন্ত্ৰণ কৰিছিলোঁ। উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানতেই তেখেতে আমাৰ বিদ্যালয়ৰ বাৰ্ষিক আলোচনী "বাখৰ" উন্মোচন কৰাৰ লগতে মাতৃভাষা সম্পৰ্কীয় এক তত্ত্বগধুৰ ভাষণেৰে সকলোকে আপ্লুত কৰিছিল। তৰেণ বড়ো ডাঙৰীয়াৰ বিয়োগ অসমৰ সাহিত্য-সাংস্কৃতিক জগতখনৰ কাৰণে এক অপূৰণীয় ক্ষতি। আমি তেখেতৰ স্মৃতিত গভীৰ শ্ৰদ্ধাঞ্জলি জ্ঞাপন কৰিছোঁ আৰু পৰিয়ালৰ আটাইলৈ সমবেদনা জ্ঞাপন কৰিছোঁ।

Today, we marked India’s 77th Republic Day at Assam Jatiya Bidyalay with great fervour.

Beyond the unfurling of the Tricolor and the singing of the National Anthem, what stood out was our students' sincere engagement with the rich history of our republic. We listened to thoughtful speeches on the drafting of the Indian Constitution and on Dr. Ambedkar's pivotal role in this process.

The atmosphere was lifted by some incredible cultural displays - from violin recitals to the performances of patriotic songs and dances.

It was a morning filled with patriotism, a sense of community, and pride in the republican heritage of our country.

Celebrating Shilpi Divas is easy. Understanding Jyoti Prasad Agarwala is the challenge. Today, at Assam Jatiya Bidyalay, we focused on the latter.

It was more than a ceremony. Our youngest students connected with the melody, while seniors tackled the complex themes of his life philosophy. By enacting powerful female characters and analyzing his literature, the students proved they are not just receiving this legacy. They are taking charge of it.

Today's chief guest Manoj Kashyap gave us the defining moment of the afternoon. It was not just entertainment. It was a history lesson set to music. He connected the Rupkonwar’s classics to Dr. Bhupen Hazarika and today’s rhythms. He showed us that the flame lit by Rupkonwar still burns bright in the contemporary era.
