Today my Sunday For Haflong (Cleanliness Drive) at Haipau Jadonang Memorial Park, Boro Haflong (Mpuilo)

A small effort with a big purpose.
On the occasion of Rashtriya Yuva Diwas, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Assam University Unit, in collaboration with Hope for Gems Society, Under Student's For Development (SFD) successfully conducted a clothes donation drive. Clean and usable clothes were collected to spread warmth, care, and humanity among those in need. This initiative truly reflected the spirit of youth service, responsibility, and compassion. Heartfelt gratitude to all the students and volunteers who came forward to make this effort meaningful.

SFD Assam visited Molai Kathoni 2.0 and held discussions with Jadav Payeng to assess the situation and plan future action.

As a result, SFD Assam, with the support of ABVP Assam, is launching an Internship Programme where students from across Assam will come together to plant 5,000 tree saplings.

Standing with the man who stood by nature when nobody else did.

One man spent his entire life planting hope, tree by tree.
Jadav Payeng turned barren land into a living forest.
Today, that forest burns—and so does our conscience.
Decades of patience, sacrifice, and love cannot be reduced to ashes.
Protect what one man built for all of humanity.
