​Date: January 31st Time: 9:30 AM – 1:15 PM
​
​ *All parents and guardians are cordially invited.*
​Schedule: Regular classes are suspended for the day.
​ Non-Participants will witness this exhibition accompanied by their parents. They should be in regular saturday white uniform.
​Participant of various projects
​will wear Monday uniform (neat with polished shoes). Cultural performers will wear designated costumes.
​Transport: Bus facilities will be available for participants/project creators only ( Bus schedule will be shared duly ).

If project creators need electricity should Bring a suitable extension cord.
​Display a printed A4 poster (Calibri font) with project and team details.
​No bikes or mobile phones will be allowed for students.
​parents/guardians are heartily welcome.

​दिनांक: 31 जनवरी | समय: सुबह 9:30 बजे से दोपहर 1:15 बजे तक
​सभी अभिभावक सादर आमंत्रित हैं।
​मुख्य बिंदु :
​ उस दिन नियमित कक्षाएं स्थगित रहेंगी।
​गैर-प्रतिभागी छात्र: अपने अभिभावकों के साथ प्रदर्शनी देखने आ सकते हैं। उन्हें शनिवार की सफेद यूनिफॉर्म पहननी होगी।
​प्रतिभागी/प्रोजेक्ट निर्माता: अपनी सोमवार की यूनिफॉर्म (साफ-सुथरी और पॉलिश किए हुए जूते) पहनेंगे। सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के प्रतिभागी अपनी निर्धारित वेशभूषा (costumes) पहनेंगे।
​सुविधाएं एवं आवश्यकताएं:
​परिवहन: बस की सुविधा केवल प्रतिभागियों और प्रोजेक्ट निर्माताओं के लिए उपलब्ध होगी (बस का शेड्यूल समय पर साझा किया जाएगा)।
​बिजली की आवश्यकता: यदि प्रोजेक्ट के लिए बिजली की जरूरत है, तो छात्र अपने साथ उपयुक्त एक्सटेंशन कॉर्ड अवश्य लाएं।
​प्रोजेक्ट विवरण: प्रोजेक्ट और टीम के विवरण के साथ एक प्रिंटेड A4 पोस्टर (Calibri फॉन्ट में) प्रदर्शित करें।
​महत्वपूर्ण नियम:
​छात्रों के लिए बाइक या मोबाइल फोन लाना वर्जित है।
