16 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2022:- ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਅਧੀਨ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਗੜ੍ਹਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਮੰਚ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ "ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਗੁਜਰੀ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਸਾਨੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ" ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਕੁਇਜ਼ , ਲੇਖ ਰਚਨਾ, ਕਵਿਤਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਤੇ ਕਵੀਸ਼ਰੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਜੱਜ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਡਾ ਸਤਵੰਤ ਕੌਰ
, ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਦਵਾਨ , ਸੰਗੀਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਗੁਰਪਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਗਈ । ਲੇਖ ਰਚਨਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਜਸਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ , ਅਰਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾ, ਦੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੁਇਜ਼ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਮ- ਬੀ ਜੇਤੂ ਰਹੀ। ਕਵਿਤਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸਰਬਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੰਚ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਨਿਭਾਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੰਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ਼ ਡਾ. ਦਿਲਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਸਤਵੰਤ ਕੌਰ ,, ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੰਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਤੇ ਸਿਰੋਪਾਓ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੇਤੂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਾਮ ਤਕਸੀਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਮੰਚਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ਼ ਸਹਿਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ।

20 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2022: - ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ( ਇੰਚਾਰਜ: ਡਾ .ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸਤਵੰਤ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਤੇ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਹਿਬੂਬ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਵਜ਼ੀਫਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2022-23 ਫੇਜ਼ 1 ਲਈ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ( ਬੀ.ਏ 1) ਨੂੰ ਵਜ਼ੀਫਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਗੜ੍ਹਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ. ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਦਵਾਨ ਜੀ ਤੇ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ।

Today I present the budget of Student Welfare club in meeting. The total outlay of. Budget for FY 2022.-23 Will be Rs.25800 /- .
Key points of this budget are :-
1) we expand Rs. 6000 for prof. Harinder singh Mehboob memorial scholarship .
2) Rs. 8500/- donate to college for infrastructure.
3) we will organize cultural activity on the sheedi purab of ' char sahibzaade sahib ji '.
4) we will donate the books for under graduate Art's department Students .

Today, the last meeting of the current annual session of the Student Welfare Club was held in the conference hall of Khalsa College, Garhdiwala, in which the following decisions were discussed and decided:-
1) The budget of the Student Welfare Club for the session 2022-23 was discussed.
2) Appointments of office bearers have been approved for the Student Welfare Club in the next one year, the details of which are as follows:-
1) Teacher representative - Dr. Satwant Kaur
2) President :- Harpreet Singh (I)
3) Treasurer :- Simple Devi
4) Excutive committee :- 1)Harpreet Singh (I) , Dr. Satwant Kaur ji , Ravinder Singh and
5) membership /advisory committee :- yuvraj Singh , simpal Devi , Ravinder Singh .
Apart from this, in this meeting, a memorandum on basic structural development of the college, student administration and some important issues of the Student Welfare Club was handed over by the Student Welfare Club to the College Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh ji.
6) in Today's meeting the student welfare club decided to collapse the partnership with Punjabi BHASHA MANCH lead by Dr Dilbara Singh bajwa ji .

ਇਹ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਮੰਚ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਗੜ੍ਹਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ, ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ - ਪਾਸਾਰ ਲਈ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀਆਂ ਡਾ.ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਸਤਵੰਤ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਦਿਲਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੇਠ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ/ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਉਲੀਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਹਿਬੂਬ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ 3000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ ਦਿਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਮੰਦ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁੱਕਸ ਆਦਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਗੜ੍ਹਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2022-23 ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵੀ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਮੰਚ ਦੇ ਜਾਂ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਜੁੜਨ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਗੇ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਚਲਾ ਸਕੀਏ।
