Learning is reciprocal..of late teacher's role is not to teach since students are already learning more than what a teacher can teach them. Hence, the teacher's role is to facilitate the students in their conducive learning. A facilitator should create a learning environment which will fuel up the student's learning need and this urge will automatically gear them up in the path of learning. A teacher's role is only this much!!! Do this and see the miracle!!
