And before we tell you about the award, we want to tell you why this moment matters to us.

Recently, PITECH Education was recognised with the:

Our Director, Mr. Tara Man Giri, received the award from renowned motivational speaker and business coach Mr. Sonu Sharma.

But here's the thing…

An award is nice.
Recognition feels great.
But neither is the reason PITECH exists.

We started with a much simpler idea:

Teach students skills they can actually use.

Not just:

❌ Memorise a theory
❌ Collect a certificate

But:

✅ Practise every day
✅ Make mistakes
✅ Solve problems
✅ Build projects
✅ Develop confidence

That's why our philosophy has always been:

And this recognition gives our entire team another reason to keep pushing forward.

🧭 SOMETIMES THE NEXT STEP IS TO STOP
A student once came to me and said,
"Tara Sir I don't understand what is happening to me. I want to succeed. I have many dreams.. I can't seem to focus on anything."
I asked him
"When was the last time you sat quietly with yourself?"
He looked at me.
He didn't have an answer.
That answer said a lot.
Because today we are surrounded by much noise that we have forgotten what our own thoughts sound like.
Notifications.
Messages.
Reels.
Opinions.
Comparison.
Likes and Views.
Someone Success.
Someone Lifestyle.
Someone Definition of achievement.
Somewhere in all that noise we lose ourselves.
🤫 YOU DON'T ALWAYS NEED TO SPEAK. SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO LISTEN.
There is a kind of strength in silence.
Not the silence of giving up.
The silence of working on yourself without needing everyone to know.
You don't have to announce every goal.
You don't have to prove that you're improving.
You don't have to post every achievement.
You certainly don't need everyones approval before believing in yourself.
Sometimes you need to step and ask:
"What do I actually want?"
Not what your friends want.
Not what social media tells you to want.
Not what will make your relatives proud.
What do YOU want?
❤️ KNOWING YOURSELF IS HARDER THAN IT SOUNDS.
I remember asking another student:
"What are you good at?"
He said,
"I'm not sure Sir."
I asked,
"And what do you struggle with?"
Again:
"I'm not sure."
That bothered me.
Because how can you build your future when you haven't taken the time to understand the person who is supposed to build it?
Sit with yourself.
Observe yourself.
Notice what gives you energy.
Notice what drains you.
Notice what makes you angry.
Notice what makes you excited.
Notice when you procrastinate.
Notice what you keep avoiding.
Don't judge yourself. Study yourself.
Your emotions, habits and reactions are giving you information.
Listen.
🎯 THEN ASK THE QUESTIONS.
What really matters to me?
What am I willing to work for?
What am I unwilling to compromise on?
What kind of person do I want to become?
What am I doing only because I want people to approve of me?
These questions aren't comfortable.
Growth rarely begins with comfortable questions.
It begins when you become brutally honest with yourself.
Write down your strengths.
Write down your weaknesses.
Write down your distractions.
Write down your priorities.
Write down your non-negotiables.
Because if you don't decide what matters to you the world will decide for you.
👨‍🎓 A MESSAGE I WOULD GIVE EVERY PERSON
If you're struggling now please understand this:
You don't necessarily need to do more.
You may need to do less—. With more intention.
One hour of learning can be more valuable than five hours of distracted studying.
One honest conversation with yourself can be more valuable than a hundred videos.
One small action repeated every day can change your direction completely.
So tonight before you pick up your phone try something
Sit quietly for 20 minutes.
Ask yourself:
"Am I building the life I actually want or am I simply trying to impress people?"
Be honest with the answer.
Because there comes a point in life when you realise:
The loudest person in the room isn't necessarily the strongest.
Sometimes the strongest person is the one quietly working quietly learning, quietly becoming better—
without needing applause.
When the results finally arrive…
you won't need to explain yourself.

🎯 YOUR BIGGEST PLANS MEAN NOTHING WITHOUT ACTION

We are already halfway through the month.

So here's a question for everyone who has a goal:

How many things have you planned to do this month but still haven't started?

Learn a new skill.

Start exercising.

Read a book.

Improve your business.

You had the intention.

You had the plan.

But somehow, another day passed without doing anything.

Here's the uncomfortable truth:

Your life doesn't change because of what you intend to do. It changes because of what you actually do.

Think about two students.

Student A says:

❌ “I want to learn Excel, but I'll start when I get enough time.”

Student B says:

🔥 “I'll practice one Excel formula today.”

After one day, the difference may be small.

After one month, Student B has 30 days of practice.

That's how progress works.

You don't need to transform your entire life in one day.

You need to take one practical step today.

Read five pages.

Practice one new computer skill.

Make one important phone call.

Improve one part of your work.

Small actions may not look impressive at the beginning.

But repeated consistently, they create results that motivation alone cannot produce.

Your personal growth homework:

Look at the goals you wrote down this month.

Ask yourself:

👉 “What is one small action I can take today that moves me closer to this goal?”

Not tomorrow.

Not when everything is perfect.

Today.

Because a small action taken today is worth more than a perfect plan that remains unfinished.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment. Start with what you have.

A student can understand Excel formulas, programming logic, or accounting concepts in theory and still feel nervous when asked to complete a real task independently.

Why?

Because understanding something and being able to use it are two different skills.

Imagine learning Excel for months but struggling to prepare a fee report. Learning HTML but feeling lost when building your first website. Studying Tally but hesitating when asked to enter actual business transactions.

These situations are normal.

**Real confidence develops when you start doing.**

You make mistakes. Your formula doesn't work. Your website breaks. Your accounting entry needs correction. You try again, find the problem, and fix it.

That repeated practice changes the way you think.

You stop asking, "What if I make a mistake?"

You start asking, "How can I solve this?"
