The third day and final sessions of the FDP focused on strengthening the facilitators’ understanding of digital teaching practices, learner engagement strategies, and the effective use of online platforms for enhancing the learning experience. Ms. Bandana Panda, Academic Officer presented On "Creating Interactive learning Resources", Ms. Nidhi Kappor ,Academic officer presented on" Digital initiatives taken by NCERT, MoE" and
"Google Classrooms and it's integration". It was further supported by Q&A session.

Day 2 of the FDP
Today's sessions were enriched with supplementing the facilitators with the background of how our board connects with the learners and how we conduct examinations.
The sessions included Ms. Reema __, Student counsellor, Ms. Shefali Pandit, Academic Officer, discussing about the various Programmes offered at BOSSE and Ms. Jyoti Rajawat, Academic Officer, explaining the process of Examinations. It was further supported by Q&A session.

Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (BOSSE), Sikkim, organized an educational initiative for its
faculty to upskill them and enhance the Advance learning classes provided to our learners. Below are some glimpse of one of the session, Online Pedagogy, led by our Chairperson, Prof. Madhu Parhar.
Other sessions conducted includes a dive into the functioning, vision and mission of the board, taken by our Vice Chairperson, Prof shiva Kumar gn, and an insightful session on how to make an effective use of SLM, led by our Academic Officer, Ms. Pushpa Bansal.
