After learning about the millennials age and changes in it, it was the right time to learn the cross-culture dynamic happening in the corporate world. Track 4 was a detailed, interactive and an informative session which taught us the importance of respecting other person’s views, converting diversity into unity with adaptability and to believe in that “culture is king” and it is made to move us. With this Samavesh 4.0 gave us a great opportunity to get acquainted with the region’s experts.

He also emphasized on the factors to be taken care of while dealing with cross culture issues. He explained how a workspace diversity can be considered a workplace unity. Day 2, Track 3 with a new theme started fresh with proper knowledge and complete elaboration of who millennials are in this age. Millennials are the one without any age constraints and they have better adaptability. One with patience along with fast paced life, and the mindset that millennial needs to adapt to changes, briefly justify the theme and gives a deep insight on the same.

He justified the quote, “The illiterates of 21st century is the one who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn” by busting the myths associated with millennials and also laid down the list of practices to be followed. Millennials does not have age constraints or social hectic. Infact, millennials according to Mr. Trivedi are the one who have a work life balance. Day 1, Track 2 candidly conveyed the sheer endurance that prevails in women which is all today’s world need. Importance of personal branding in social age, a balance in life in terms of handling emotions and tasks, believing in yourself for a future that you want and the right potential a woman holds in business, purely justifies the theme.
