GCSEL is elated to have Mr. Vidushpat Singhania join us as a Speaker for the three day Lecture Series on Rethinking Sports Governance and Autonomy in the Post- COVID World.
Mr. Vidushpat Singhania will share his insights on "Indian Sports Governance: COVID Time Highlights" on the 18th of January 2021 between 4:00 and 5:30 PM IST.
Mr. Vidushpat is amongst the leading Sports & Gaming lawyers in India. He is the Managing Partner of Krida Legal, a legal boutique specializing in the laws and legal practice relating to sports, gaming, art, intellectual property rights and agro-chemicals.
The session will be moderated by Dr. Niyati Pandey, Assistant Professor of Law at Gujarat National Law University.

Richard Henry McLaren OC is a law professor at Western University in Ontario, Canada, specializing in sports law. Prof. Richard shall give his insights on "Sport Autonomy and Authority: Post COVID Will governance be any different?" on the 20th of January 2021 between 5:00 and 6:30 PM IST.
The session shall be moderated by Mr. Vishwajeet Singh, a legal counsel in the sports and media industry, presently employed with Star India Private Limited.
