When geometry becomes a language for creative expression.

In Semester 1, our Fashion Design & Technology – Foundation students explored how core concepts can become the starting point for something much more.

As part of the Visual Representation Skills (Geometry) module, students worked with Platonic Solids, translating their understanding of geometry into thematic and meaningful installations within a 2 × 2 ft format.

Through paper and other materials, they experimented with form, structure and ideas bringing together – Concept. Creativity. Precision. Craftsmanship.

The concluding assignment challenged students to move beyond understanding geometry to interpreting it, transforming it and giving it meaning.
