Call for Internship Applications – SBSFI, RRU

The School of Behavioural Sciences & Forensic Investigations is pleased to announce internship opportunities for students eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

Eligibility:
Students currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Science, Arts or Commerce (Forensic Science; Forensic Psychology; Forensic Accounting & Fraud Investigations; Correctional Administration).

Duration of Internship: 15th May 2026 to 15th July 2026 (for 1 month or 2 months)

What You Will Gain?

c) Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
d) Opportunity to work in actual prison setting and gain first-hand field experience.

This initiative is part of Rashtriya Raksha University’s commitment to advancing discourse under its Global Correctional Administration Studies framework.

Rashtriya Raksha University, in collaboration with the Jammu & Kashmir Police, conducted a training programme at Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA), Jammu under a CSR initiative supported by CDSL.
The session focused on financial planning and the prevention and mitigation of financial and cyber frauds, with RRU experts sharing practical insights to strengthen digital awareness and cyber safety among police personnel.
The programme was held under the guidance of Shri. Rajesh Bali, IPS, SSP, Deputy Director, SKPA reinforcing the importance of institutional preparedness against evolving digital risks.
