Vikas Saptah Hackathon 2025 kickstarted at Pandit Deendayal Energy University with an inspiring inauguration by Shri Bipin Talati, IAS, Director, Technical Education.
With 230 brilliant minds, 34 expert jury members, and 50 real-world problem statements, the event truly celebrated innovation and collaboration.

GEC Rajkot hosted an expert talk on Atmanirbhar Gujarat Industrial Policy 2022 and Drone Technology Awareness for Youth. Insights were shared by Shri J. G. Faldu (Industries Officer, DIC, GoG) and Shri Garvit Pandya (CEO, Unmanned System), with coordination by Dr. N. B. Gohil and the SSIP team under the guidance of Dr. S. M. Shah and Dr. B. B. Kuchhadiya.

Government Polytechnic, Ahmedabad hosted a Faculty Development Program on “A Hands-on Approach to Wellbeing & Sustainability” — a unique initiative designed to blend emotional, ethical, and ecological learning in line with NEP 2020, Mission LiFE, and UN SDGs.

Organized in collaboration with Bridge4Change Foundation (B4CF), Bengaluru, and A Responsible Citizen (ARC) Foundation, Gujarat, and funded by Gujarat Technical Education and Research Society (GTERS) under the aegis of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Gandhinagar) — this program trained 60 faculty members over two batches (Oct 6-7 & Oct 8-9, 2025).

Through interactive modules like Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples, Social Enterprise Experience, and The Complexity Game, participants will explore how mindful consumption and sustainable choices can create ripples of positive change — personally and professionally.
